We like to order from Marcos but last two times we have been extremely disappointed because after placing the order 15 minutes before arriving to store and still had to wait for 20 minutes in store to have the pizza ready??? after asking the attendant, he stated that it is due to lack of employees. That is not an excuse that customer wants to hear and it sounds like personal problem. I think the manager or the owner should be in there if there is issue with employee not showing up. read more

Placed an online order for pickup. The customer service was OK. The pizza was OK. If you don't eat it hot, it tastes like rubber. I honestly should've never ordered from Marco's Pizza after an employee at a different location pulled a gun out on another dark skinned customer. I decided to give Marco's Pizza a Try since FEB2021. I used Doordash delivery plus Marco's Direct delivery service too. The Crust: Soft, airy, crispy and Great Taste( you can request special seasoning for the crust) The Deluxe pizza is Great (via Marco's APP I was able to customized: replaced Bell peppers for Jalapenos, Bacon for Old pepperoni) The Cheese Bread was delicious, And the Magnifico pepperoni, they put a lot of mix pepperoni, it may be a bit too salty if you're not into SALT, but it was Good! We have ordered pizza from Marco's pizza several times, and yes we like the pizza for most part. Since it is only a mile and half from where we live, I used to just drive over there and pick it up. for last two times we decided to just place the order and have it delivered, the first time it was pretty quick but the only thing that I thought it was odd that when the driver handed me the pizza, asked (Do you want to add a tip to the ticket?) and I replied NO, simply because I think $4.95 for delivery is more thank enough to cover the tip for such a short distance of delivery, 1.5 mile. This second time, the driver asked again for tip. Knowing that at the time of check out, if I wanted to add a tip, I would done so when paying for the pizza and I don't need the driver to ask me. It is making me to stop ordering any more pizza from Marcus pizza. read more

If it was in a Little Caesar's or Domino's box I would not have known the difference:/ I had seen some really good reviews for their other locations and got a flyer for 6.99 medium pizzas, sounded good to me!! Well, the wait time on the phone was crazy loooong, I actually downloaded the app, created an account, ordered my food, added my credit card and completed my order before they ever came back on the phone :/ Being busy is ok so I was hoping the pizza would be great!!! Today we ordered Marco's pizza for a birthday party. I had heard great things and was excited to try it. Since it was a kid party we only had the cheese, pepperoni and a couple with the "old world pepperoni" along with some bread sticks. I personally ate both of the pepperoni, and to me the regular pepperoni was just ok - very similar to what you'd get at a basic pizza place. However I really liked the thin crus pizza with the old world pepperoni. It was just crispier and more flavorful. A family member said they get that but because it's smaller than traditional pepperoni, the always ask get double pepperoni. I'll try that next time. The breadsticks again were very basic in my opinion. If you want pizza at an affordable price (7.99 for a medium any topping) then this will work - especially for something like a birthday party. If your looking for really tasty pizza and are willing to pay a little more, I think there are better options. read more
