Have always loved Mod, great place to get a personal pizza at a great price. Still decent price, but last 3 visits the pizza has almost no toppings on them. Got a 3 topping mod size pizza that had 4 pepperoni pieces, 3 pieces of sausage on the whole pizza and 1 slice with nothing on it but sauce. No cheese, no meat.. nothing. Other pizza had 2 slices that had nothing on them. Rest of the 5 topping pizza had maybe a small child's handful of toppings. My work used to order here pretty often, but keep being disappointed with recent quality and lack of toppings. I think this will be our last time here for a while. read more

I still like MOD Pizza. I think it is very good. But they have gotten incredibly cheap with all of the ingredients. If I were to tell them I want a pepperoni and sausage pizza I will get almost no sauce, almost no cheese and very little pepperoni and sausage. I have to ask for extra sauce, extra cheese and a few more of anything that I want on top. They've already raised the prices quite a bit which I don't mind if they're going to put a decent amount of items on my pizza. This restaurant is constantly filthy, and run by teenagers who are obviously stoned out of their mind. Went in the day after thanks giving and the lady taking the order actually dropped her pen into the sauce. After ordering a vegetarian pizza it came out with meatballs spilled all over it. I explained the problem 3 or 4 times to the lady behind the counter, but she was either too high or had to low of an IQ to understand, left hungry mad and ripped off. An unexpected meal when visiting the area but needed a last minute meal to suit a variety of family members in a convenient location. It met those goals and inexpensive too. This is not traditional pizza by my definition, as I have always had pizza in its original italian American style. Don't expect that here. But you will get a nice selection of veggies and meats on a light and not filling crust, almost cracker like. Nice staff aims to please, place is clean, lots of patrons having a good time. I went to my daughter's house for a birthday party today. We ordered 5 pizzas and they were the worst pizzas ever. We could have bought the cheapest frozen pizzas and had better. I LOVE this place. I love that you can just build a pizza for such a great price and put anything and however much stuff on it you want. I usually get the Caspian which is like a BBQ chicken one with gorgonzola cheese, with a bbq sauce swirl on it. Omg. It's the best thing ever. The people who work here are always really cool and upbeat and definitely don't skimp in toppings! The environment is nice, they've got a big garage door they open up when it's nice weather, and then outside seats too. It's nice to just hang out there. Really speedy service, too. If the pizza wasn't so good and such a good value this would be 1 or 2 stars. I've been here now a half a dozen times and the same thing continues to plague this restaurant. The line is suuuuuuuuuper slow. Today I started timing after standing in line for over 20 minutes with about 15 people in front of us. When it got down to only 6 in front of us (3 couples) I started my timer. It took almost 15 minutes to make 5 pizzas and 1 salad with a couple of online orders mixed in. Superfast? I don't think so. I've been to the one in Bend a couple of times and they have it down, it is fast. Ya'll have some work to do. If you're gonna try it out, go on Tuesday. $2 local beers on tap! Another tip: To beat the line, order on line. Update - 4/25 7 people in front of us and took 13 minutes to the register. Small improvement.... oh well, worth the wait! Customer service was okay, everyone was very friendly. The 4 stars reflects the organization that they REALLY desperately need to work on. They should have two people consistently on the line. With 4 people back there I'm not sure why they didn't figure that out. I think they would be a lot faster if they weren't all over the place with making pizzas. Food is amazing! I got a mix of pesto and Alfredo sauce because they both looked good. They have more options than any other build your own pizza places (and I've been to a lot).
