In N Out always pleases everybody, and me too! We get there no prob and find parking easy. We all go in cause we'll dine inside. Order was taken super efficient as usual. I'm paying, so I just put in the order, rather than have each one of the crew do it separate. I pretty much know what they like by this point. The one other girl on the crew wants a double double lettuce wrapped, I think that's called "protein style". Basically it double doubles for the rest of the crew, animal style of course and extra grilled onions. Plus an order of fries for everybody. The cashier repeats the order and I confirm and pay with the credit card. Food is up in not too long and it takes two of us to carry it back to the table. It's all hot and tasty as usual. That's why I like In N Out, it's the same wherever you go!

As you can see from my picture we're lucky I was even able to remember to snap one before I devoured the whole thing. I do have a question about this food truck. I had asked if they were open on weekends and was told that they in fact were, but I can't seem to find their hours/location for Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know?

It was very tasty with a large portion of pork, pico de gallo, rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream topped with shredded lettuce and cheese. It was a lot to eat for $13. Portions are substantial and most patrons left with a box to take the remainder of their meals home. They have long hours from 7 am to 11 pm seven days a week. I noticed that they have an extensive breakfast menu too. Delivery of the food was very fast both for the dining in and drive-thru customers. One thing to note about their location. They're in the former Jack in the Box building on the corner of Cheryl Lane and Highway 99 across from the vacant Ray's Food Place in Phoenix. If you're driving from the south on Highway 99 you cannot cross the median to drive into the restaurant. You need to turn left at the light into the Ray's parking lot (or drive straight at the light into Ray's if coming from I-5), turn right and cross Cheryl Lane to get into their parking area or turn into the drive-thru for Lucy's Taco Shop. Leaving is back through the parking area to Cheryl Lane. Phoenix has a confusing interchange to get onto I-5. When you're leaving. drive past the Chevron station to turn left by the former Rite Aid to head towards the freeway entrances. Join Highway 99 in either direction from the light coming out of Ray's parking lot. It's worth the driving logistics the first time to get to Lucy's Taco Shop to support this family owned business. I know it won't be the last time I eat there!

Pro tip: get the half order of nachos unless you're trying to go into a food coma. The food here is decent enough and usually served pretty quickly, but the staff, Management included, need some training on service. The woman making my pizza last weekend couldn't have been less concerned, the cashier mumbled and acted rudely when I said "Excuse me?" because the place was very loud, and the Manager was downright condescending and argumentative when I questioned why he couldn't serve me a glass of wine without my ID. He said OLCC regulations prohibit serving anyone without ID, so I guess EVERY other business in Medford is breaking the rules by not requiring ID for alcohol. Go figure. The pizza ended up being decent for what it is, but I get better customer service and better food at too many other places in town to go back. read more

My boyfriend and I came here the night before the grand opening! Everyone there was so nice and welcoming. We got two pizzas and a Cesar salad. It was all amazing! Our favorite thing was that we could add as many topping as we wantef! The crust was thin and crispy! I don't usually like red sauce, but it was great on top of one of our pizzas. It was great that the money from tonight was going to a special mod bridge account and then tomorrow's night is going to Family Nurturing Center! I'm late to the party but wanna say my family and I came in on the 5th for a fundraiser for the first time and for only being two people the speed was great. Came in at 11 and with 5 ahead placing many orders it only took 15 minutes it was impressive . This is my now my favorite PIZZA spot . Shout out to Felix and Preston who helped us difficult newbies figure out what we were doing and shout out to MOD for helping our community!!! MOD pizza is the best bang-for-your-buck pizza you can get in the Rogue Valley; in addition, this specific location in Medford has best, cleanest, and most friendly atmosphere you can ask for! Man where can I star the service was great. My pizza was made very fast but things were different this time. A little lady named Felix cooked my pizza. At first I was like "great a new person making my pizza"...... but let me tell you. I ONLY want her to cook from here on out she made it exactly the way I asked. I just got of my shift after eating there before going to work and my pizza is still GREAT tasting after rebaking to the cooking directions that she showed me on the box. Oh my, my nephew and I stopped in at mod pizza right at closing time. The crew had already put the chairs up so we started to drive away. David, the closing manager flagged us to come back in. The line had already been pulled and wiped down. That didn't stop Bre from making us two pies for dinner. I told her the total was $42.75. It's absolutely confounding that a person can't add those two numbers together in their head! The pizza crust has zero flavor, the cheese tastes like it is pre shredded from a bag, and the ratio of cheese to crust is overwhelming. I peeled back the glop of cheese to taste the sauce. It has a slight tin taste like you get from canned sauce. The pepperoni lacked any spice, and the Canadian bacon had no flavor. The onion rings were incredibly greasy. The only positive part of this experience was how nice the girl was who answered the telephone to take my order. The one star is for how polite she was!
