As usual, the pizza was really good. Unfortunately, the rest of the ordering process and the cheesy bread was really bad. I will Never wait over 40 minutes again for cheesy cardboard, a salad, a medium thin crust pizza and the wrong drink. And the chocolate "no name" cake never made it into the bag. Great experience! So much fun building your own pizza - if you know what you like. My first time I tried things I've NEVER tried on pizza before... like Gorgonzola cheese! So pleasantly foul! Crust and thin coat of red sauce were almost totally flavorless, fair warning, so add extra sauce, minced garlic, and oregano to your taste. (You don't have to get red sauce - they have pesto and others, too.) They don't give you enough of a topping by default... but you ask them to and they do. Be bold! Get that pizza exactly right. 11" thin crust was very filling for my XXL belly, even though I've been known to knock back 2 large 20" pizzas when I wanted to get crazy. And only $8 - no matter what you throw on top. Roasted garlic cloves... perfectly roasted. They use good, mild, fresh mozzarella. I'm a creature of habit, so it took me a while to try Mod. Now I'll definitely be diverting course to them again soon. I thought it would be expensive, but it's not. Saw a review complaining of service months ago. I think they're great. Very friendly and understanding with my experiments. No line in front of me, but this was Sunday. Looked like they could handle a rush. Suggestions for management... work on a solid, delicious boldly-Italian house flavor for both the crust and sauce - for those not into the culinary design experience, who just want a really good traditional cheese, or pepperoni to go. Second time we ate there was today. So. Medford. We will be going back because quality of food is good and love non-gluten options and great variety of topping right in front for me to choose from. Good prices, friendly and efficient staff. Two things didn't go right with me. Plastic straws are a big No no!!! I hope MOD looks for some alternatives for their straws and plastic ware. First of all, I love MOD, I've been to tons of locations but this particular MOD stuck out to me because of the customer service I received from Tosha every time I've been in has been phenomenal. She is so attentive and patience with my picky ass, even serves me with a smile and some jokes the entire time. I love that I can order online and schedule a pickup. However, I made the mistake of ordering to the other Mod Pizza in medford and didn't realize this until I went to pickup my order. The manager told me it was no problem and he and the staff remade my order and had it ready for me in 10 minutes. No that is what I call awesome service. This type of service is rarely found and when you find it you gotta make sure to revisit. Mod pizza is a new family favorite. The staff is always friendly and efficient. With two little kids and picky appetites, this is a great option and family friendly environment. Tonight my wife and I came in with two tired and hungry toddlers and left with happy little kiddos. It was great for my family to get out and get some delicious food and great service. I'm so glad there is a MOD Pizza on this part of Medford. I stopped in last night before going back to Mt.Shasta and was happy they were open at 9:30 when most places were closed. The place was very clean and the employees were all so nice. James made an awesome pizza,Chris was super nice and the hardest worker there was Megan. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It is worse than the Dollar store​ pizza in the frozen section. The crust is so thin it's like eating a saltine cracker. The crust on the pizza I ordered was burnt to a crisp, bubbled up terribly, and had no flavor at all! The sauce was overly abundant and there was minimal cheese. The service was equally horrible. The people working behind the pizza making area ignore you even though you ordered your pizza online and are waiting in the quick pickup area. The place is disorganized and untidy. Worst experience and worst pizza ever!!! Don't go here unless you like wasting your money on crappy food. read more

30 minutes in line to order pizza and a salad. Could have ordered Dominos and had it delivered faster. Online orders go to the head of the line. You need a separate area to make online orders. Not enough people working. Not Super Fast like they claim. Then I received a burnt crust pizza. read more

Came in tonight for some yummy pizza after hunting and it was delicious they were concerned the cheese on my pizza wasn't completely melted so Sage and Tasha said they were going to make me a new one for no cost I wasn't expecting that at all there customer service is out standing! i would give a better review but i felt so bad for the girl with colorful braids tonight. the food was great. service amazing like always. except for the strawberry blonde(maybe red head) girl who was being rude and aggressively getting dough for the pizzas. she was slamming things around and seemed like she really didn't want to be there.... the girl with the colorful braids was running around between the oven the register and the place you pick up your pizzas. she was staying positive and trying to stay smiling. but you could tell the other girl was starting to get to her. so i give rainbow girl 5stars and the other 2. overall experience 3.5. would be a 5. hopefully i'll be able to change it next visit. read more
