The place is really clean and though 3/4 of the wall mounted tvs were off and we asked about the game and were apologetically told they don't have those channels- we stayed anyway to keep our $25 lunch budget for two intact. I had to ask for peppers and cheese for the table but the employee was nice about it and brought them right over. If we lived closer I would do carry out from here.

Back when Pearland was still a food desert with a bunch of chain restaurants sprinkled with a few mom and pop places. It was nice to have a new pizza option and support local. This location was their first location and since then, they have expanded quite a bit. For a traditional, non chain pizza, Center Court is the best pizza in Pearland. Now we have other styles around town, but that's neither here nor there. This location is not super spacious, but I've never seen it overflowing with people. They have bar that always seems to have regulars sitting there. They also have a small patio outside. Parking is plentiful. I have never dined in so I can't really speak on the customer service. There's been a few times where I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but I always come on their specials day. As long as I've been a customer, I have only ordered take out on Mondays here. They have one of the best Monday deals in town. Anything pizza on their menu is 12 bucks. It's a great way to beat those Monday blues. As far as pizza goes, I've had quite a few of their creations. My personal favorites are the Touchdown and Ninja Turtle. They have all your regular topping pizzas which are good, but they also have cool pizzas like chicken pesto pizza, honey BBQ, or Greek. What sets them over the top is this seasoning they put on the crust. It's basically an oregano based seasoning. It might throw you off at first glance if you don't know about it, but trust me, it's delicious. Their menu doesn't stop at pizza. They also have appetizers, pizza rolls, loaded fries and tots, pasta, salads, burgers and sandwiches, calzones and desserts. I highly recommend their pepperoni rolls. It's always a crowd pleaser at all gatherings. Their wings also should not be slept on. My favorite kind of wing is a breaded wing, and that is an option here. These things are big too and you will get full after having a few. They have a bunch of sauces and dry rubs flavors to choose from as well. Rolls, pizza and wings. That's what you must get here. His response was, "You get one meatball for that price." I suggested something incredibly simple: if cost is the issue, why not make two smaller meatballs so the dish actually comes with "meatballs"? Terry sarcastically responded, "You want us to do double the work at that price point? No way." The conversation continued downhill from there. To the owners: This is how you lose customers over a meatball. I wasn't demanding free food, a refund, or even an additional meatball. This could have been resolved with, "I understand what you mean. Thanks for the feedback." Instead, your General Manager chose to argue with a customer and respond with sarcasm. I genuinely feel bad for the owners because I can't imagine you've worked this hard to build a business only to have a manager make customers feel like an inconvenience. I love this place. The food is great and made so fast. I love how friendly the staff is. Even when they are busy, they are laughing and smiling. I've been coming in more frequently lately and they even know my name now. I especially like one of the managers. I don't know her name, but she always wears a pizza necklace. My son was having a bad day and she could see it on his face. She was so busy, but she took the time to come talk to him and by the end of the conversation, she had a smile on his face. Thank you mod for going the extra mile. Thank you for caring enough to take the time to make my son feel better. Thank you for making us feel special. There's no place like mod. Wednesday was my first time ever trying MOD and I have to say, it was great. Very small staff, but they were very efficient. They were so busy and seemed to take it with a grain of salt. They were laughing and singing and seemed to really enjoy what they do. One lady even gave me a free desert since it was my first time. I wish I knew her name since she was the one who asked me to make a review. I would like to thank her again, but I'll just have to do it the next time I come in. I really love the Pearland Parkway location. The employees are super friendly, the restaurant is very clean and the food is excellent. The salads I get here are wonderful and my son gets his favorite pizza with all the toppings. Really, it's quite a bargain to get all the toppings you want at one price and the same goes for the salad. Someone even came by while we were eating to see if everything was the way we wanted it. Kat and her crew are so friendly and it's a delight to enjoy eating here when there are so many other places around that really disappoint. Love this Mods! read more

This place is a joke AT BEST. The place is run by a bunch of kids who don't know anything about service. The big fellow at the place where you pick up the pizzas was laughing and thinking it was a joke to hand me this burnt pizza. This was my third time coming to this place trying our hardest to like it but each time it gets shut down by snappy teenagers. Food was cool but I did not like the way two of the workers spoke to my mom. She clearly doesn't know English and has never been there therefore she didn't understand the process. Instead of being patient with her, two of the workers rudely told her to pick her sauce and to move along. I translated for her of course but I was busy dealing with an important phone call during the time they gave her the "instructions" and overheard the rude tone. Fast. Cheap. Delicious. What's more to say? We've been here since day one and we've always left satisfied. Even the one single time they burnt my pizza they gladly replaced it free of charge. It's a great place to bring friends and family when going out to eat. MOD also has a great array of ingredients-even vegan cheese! We usually load up on all there is. Fast, friendly service! They even have gluten free pizza crust. A few times, our phone in order has been messed up, but they were quick to remake the pizzas and offer a coupon for future visits. The restaurant is kept clean and is a great place to go for a family dinner out. There is a playground in the back for the littles to play. I jokingly said, "I wish we could just go to Russo's, like it was, before it went downhill." My husband said,"if you want to try it again I'm down." Reluctantly we went...and when I tell you we were greeted immediately by Carter, who was AMAZING by the way...I don't think we've ever experienced that kind of service at Russo's. My son never once had to refill his own glass! And to then turn around and see Lexie and then Sunshine, we were all floored! It was like stepping back in time but the restaurant was cleaner, no dripping AC in places, the staff were all on point not missing a beat, Sinatra playing over the loud speakers it was a vibe and we we're feeling it! I am so glad we gave Russo's another chance. If you've been boycotting this place like we have for so long I urge you to give it another try. Management is finally doing something right and we couldn't be more thrilled! Never got the bread and we asked multiple times. I asked for Alfredo sauce to dip the cheese sticks in, didn't come and had to ask finally a different guy brought the Alfredo Pizza came out and was tiny definitely not large I asked ab this and he said it was a glitch I thought ok prob cheaper fine. There were barely any mushrooms on the half but whatever. Still never got bread. Got the check and since the menu said the medium was $15 and the large was $17, I was expecting $15 it was over $18 for the medium! Plus an up charge for the one thin sliced mushroom on half the medium pizza for $3.00 so over $21 for a medium half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom. WHAT! He offered to give a dessert for the mix up of medium vs large and the tiramisu had this thick powder all over the top. It was awful. $45 for a medium half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a tiny Alfredo, and a Diet Coke! Never again!

It's part of a shopping strip, next to a massage shop and there's plenty of parking. The inside is clean and the staff friendly. The stuffed crust pizza is as good as they say on all the tiktok review videos. Truly stuffed with cheese. They do not skimp on it at all. It's basically like having cheeseticks as your pizza crust and its so good dipped in ranch dressing or with a house made marinara sauce. I tried it with Domino's prepackaged marinara and it didn't quite hit since the marinara isn't fresh. They dust the crust with a parmesan cheese pizza spice blend that adds the perfect touch. The garlic parmesan sauce is also the best sauce at Domino's IMHO. It compliments their chicken well. I was also pleased to find the chicken was tasty and fresh. I was worried it was gonna taste like microwaveable "chicken" but it didn't at all. Through their $9.99 any pizza special, I discovered my new fave: chicken, bacon, spinach, mushroom, onion with garlic parm sauce on stuffed or crispy thin crust. Like other Domino's they have car side delivery which is very helpful when traveling with a dog or anything else you don't want to leave in the car.
