For chain pizza and for Domino's this location is pretty reliable. It's best to order around lunchtime when the older staff members are on the clock to ensure you get a fresh, hot and on time pizza. It's part of a shopping strip, next to a massage shop and there's plenty of parking. The inside is clean and the staff friendly. The stuffed crust pizza is as good as they say on all the tiktok review videos. Truly stuffed with cheese. They do not skimp on it at all. It's basically like having cheeseticks as your pizza crust and its so good dipped in ranch dressing or with a house made marinara sauce. I tried it with Domino's prepackaged marinara and it didn't quite hit since the marinara isn't fresh. They dust the crust with a parmesan cheese pizza spice blend that adds the perfect touch. The garlic parmesan sauce is also the best sauce at Domino's IMHO. It compliments their chicken well. I was also pleased to find the chicken was tasty and fresh. I was worried it was gonna taste like microwaveable "chicken" but it didn't at all. Through their $9.99 any pizza special, I discovered my new fave: chicken, bacon, spinach, mushroom, onion with garlic parm sauce on stuffed or crispy thin crust. I don't ever crave a fast food, chain restaurant pizza, but sometimes I just want some pizza quick that also isn't a bad value. Domino's usually has great deals and a good option if you want to feed a crowd. This location is very close to my house and I usually just pick up. The staff here is always friendly but the pizza can be hit or miss. On a recent order I ordered a couple of pizzas and they had to run out into the parking lot to tell me they gave me wrong items, even after reading back what I ordered at the register. When I got home, one item was completely wrong. They gave me two of the same pizzas but on different crusts. I think I made it out ahead cost wise, but I wanted some variety. This is not the first time I have got wrong items and it probably won't be the last. Odds are I will be using this spot again just for convenience. I ordered a large Brooklyn Pizza togo with mushrooms, bell peppers and beef. It was very delicious, moist without being too greasy and very flavorful. This pizza had a great texture being kind of light with some crisp to it too. The cheese to sauce ratio was spot-on and the toppings were all throughly cooked n tasty. Gotta give this location their props, they are quick and reliable when you need a quick fix. Never really have any problems with my orders, i order about every two days since I work next door. I order Domino's every weekend for my kids. Now, that I have moved to this end of 518, I seem to have a problem every time. I decided to switch things up a bit and do carry out this week, since I always have to send my wings back with the delivery driver. You would think by now, they would have it together.( Been ordering every Friday from this location since Oct. 2021 and Pearland period for the last 2 yrs. I know exactly what my wings should look and taste like when asked to be ran thru the oven 3times.( I like them crispy) I placed the order online and called in to ask about the wings being ran thru 3 times. As they don't have an option online for that. This elderly lady answered and at this point I'm in the parking lot looking through the window. I ask her and she tells me to hold, she appears to go ask them and then comes back and says " Sure". I thank her and hang up. I get out the car to go in as I goin I see an order of wings coming out& being placed on the side. I walk to the counter and ask are they for Franchise and they say yes. I told them that I asked for them to be well done. Two of the workers decide to go back & forth with me because I told them that I get tired of every time I order I have the same problem. They tried to lie on the lady like she didn't communicate it with them when she clearly stated she did & I saw her. I told them I was outside the entire time. Then Josh stated well I don't know what u want me to do. RUDE%!!! No customer service. The mgr on duty was rude also stating that they can't be making my food over and if it happened again I would have to pay because they messed up. I made an order to this Dominoes 1 hr and 3 minutes ago. When I ordered, I asked the person to ensure that they can deliver to my address. The person said yes and took my payment information. I just recieved a call from the "shift manager" stating they do not deliver to my address. The manager did not offer any compensation only offered that I come pick up the pizza. Called and placed an order FOR DELIVERY at 6:49pm. They told me 35 mins. They call me back at 7:30pm to tell me that they don't deliver to my area?!! ok. First of all, it's TWO miles away. Well this evening we placed an order at this dominos location. First of all the Person you answer the phone took for ever to take our order and had to ask for our information at least 3 times before they could understand . So it has been an hour , I call to find the status , then the fools there have the nerve to tell me I did not order . After my order was place i receive a notification from my bank of the charge. So I ask to speak with the manager and she was so damn rude , and unprofessional that she denied we even place a damn order. I've been coming here ever since I moved into Pearland. This place is pretty common and regular just like any Dominos. Now I always order off the app and it's super easy to use, you also get great deals and coupons so you can just walk in or order from home. I've never had any troubles with any of my orders what's so ever, the only complain I'd have to give is how in the past some delivery drivers would take about an hour just to drop off my Pizza!!! Ordered pasta primavera. It tasted good (the only reason I'm giving two stars), but there wasn't even enough pasta to cover the bottom of the bowl, nothing like the picture that shows a full bowl. I wish I would have taken a picture so I could show how ridiculous it was. When we called asking to speak to the manager, we sat on hold for 15 mins. They picked up the phone three times asking to take our order instead of putting the manager on. The door was locked and more than one person in the store saw me and walked back into the kitchen. This is really ridiculous. I have an office a few blocks from this Domino's Pizza store regularly order from this location with very good food and service with timely delivery. On this particular evening, I was working at the office past midnight and placed an online order for pickup. Despite ordering minutes before closing time, it was accepted and prepared in the usual excellent manner. However, I was delayed approximately 30min beyond their closing time and rather than toss my food and close up, the on duty manager called me to inquire if I had forgotten. After explaining the circumstances, the manager waited for me at the store and I received my pizza and other food items just as tasty and warm as if it had been delivered. If I order 2 pizzas and one happens to be "Gluten Free", why do I need to order something else to justify getting the non - Gluten Free pizza for $7.99. The crunchiest, thin crust will be missed as I attempt to enjoy it. This pizza was slightly over cooked, and it had been so long since last time to be sure if the sauce it too tangy. The other pizza which had a nice flavor with the white sauce and provolone was not cut all the way through making the cheese fall off. We also ordered a pasta for the kid. Worst restaurant/food ordering experience imaginable!! I was in charge of dinner for my six children as my wife and something planned. My kids were super excited about ordering pizza. I ordered three pizzas at 7:00 and finally fed and put my kids in bed at 9:30. The pizza still did not show up for another 35 min!! That is 3 hours for a pizza delivery. It gets worse though, I tried to call in at about 8 pm to ask how long it was going to take because we could just come pick them up. I waited on hold for 35 min before someone answered the phone to let me know my pizza had just come out of the oven and would be there within 30 min.. It still took over an hour more. My pizzas left the store at 9:10, so they were in someone's car for almost an hour. They were barely room temperature and I had to warm them up in the microwave before I at dinner (at 10:05 at night!!) I was told by the delivery driver that they were trying to set some record and that is why it was so backed up and then called in the next morning to talk with Frank, the store manager, and he said he called his boss/franchise order to ask if he could shut down online orders as they were 3 hours backed up on deliveries and 1 1/2 hours backed up on pick up. He said he was told No, to just keep trying to fulfill orders. I am in customer service for a living, and that is some of the worst handling of business I have ever seen, outside of something illegal/immoral. I cannot believe such apathy was shown towards loyal customers. I was told I could call back in next time I wanted pizza and ask for Frank and he would try and get me a credit/free pizza... Thanks Dominos!!!!! My 6 children, who were excited and pizza and a movie went to bed disappointed.. I am going to leave this same review on every possible Dominos link until they determine their customers should be treated better than this. When it was finally delivered, the pizza was COLD, uncut, burned, and generally looked like the most pathetic pizza I'd ever seen.
