I've been going to Buck's Pizza since I was a kid back when I was at Clear Lake Intermediate, so I've been coming here since they first opened. I moved away from the area for several years and recently moved back, so I was excited to stop by again a couple of weeks ago. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I ended up getting a large thin-crust Supreme pizza, as you can see in the picture. The pizza was phenomenal--10/10! I asked for extra sauce and for it to be well-done and extra crispy, and they absolutely nailed it. I genuinely love this place and it's great to be back. The only thing that's a little annoying is that they charge extra for thin crust. Honestly, this is the only pizza place I've ever been to that charges more for thin crust, lol. It's not hard watch some you tube videos or chef videos on how to make pizza. This is make in the kitchen yourself pizza they probably throw it on the conveyor belt oven and use pillsbury for flour. No seasoning and don't have garlic or oregano to out to season you pie when it's done?!? That says it all right there. Wings were undercooked i had to re cook them when i got home. Great customer service, I can't praise them enough for their customer service. The inside of the store is clean, there's a cooler with plenty of drinks and you can't dine in but it's all good because we wanted to carry out. The pizza is delicious, the cheese pull was spot on, the sauce was not sweet which I was very thankful for, the sausage and pepperoni was very tasty and the crust was doughy and soft with a light crisp on the outside. I've been ordering from Bucks for about 15 years. They were always my go to pizza place. But my last two times I've order, the young lady's answering the phones just gave major attitudes. Tonight I called and she hung up on me. I called back and the other one said " it wasn't me. You still want to order?" Instead of apologizing she wants to get my order or get me off the phone. The delivery drivers are alway very cool. And the food is alway great. But these girls Mark is hiring aren't worth losing business over. read more

This was some of the best pizza I've had since NY and DC. As a chef I always recommend a local pizza joint you'll get the best crust. I can tell you guys pride in your dough creation. I mean the pizza holds its integrity even after reheating. That's a great pie in my over 10 years of cooking. I was a little disappointed I didn't get house made ranch for the salad. The food was below average! Ordered a "Wild Buck" minus the small fish ... It was a delivery The Delivery Tech was Great ! The pizza came with no condiments? Maybe I should have asked with every other pizza parlor gives away a few per pizza ... The bottom of the pizza which I believe was a day old pepperoni was dry and bland ... The top half which contained the highest priced add one I have ever bought were on the fringe of being disgusting ! I wasted my money on this . Today Aug 28 2023 we went to order our hoagies and got the shock of our life, though, the menu online and printed showed 8.99 Bucs manager told us that they had raised the price by $5.00 to 13.99 without warning. further more they were unconcerned about the difference of the menu online and on paper showing a printed price which means that they should of by law honored the shown price. I knew I was going to write a review before I even ate the food. Let me start by saying how friendly the staff was. From the call in to the pickup he was so kind. When we arrived he asked if he could give my kids a sucker. Then seeing I had a toddler in my hand he asked me which car was mine and where I wanted the pizza and he took it out to my car for me. It made me feel very valued as a customer (first time). We get home to eat and yum the pizza and cheese bread we got are delicious. We will for sure be back based on the service and the food. If I had rated them two months ago I would have given five stars. But, the last two were soggy and cold when they arrived so I guess I'm going to have to find a new place.
