Very cool place with cool concept. It's similar to a chipotle but with pizza. You get to build your own pie and it's quite tasty. The pizza is a decent size but also very thin. They are accommodating to children as well. We will be back! 4 stars! read more

Typically this place has good service. Came here 1/3/20 on a Friday night at 7:30 and the service was absolutely horrible. The three people making the pizzas/ taking orders were completely unorganized, rude and honestly seemed clueless. The entire staff of what looked like teenage boys was just all over the place. The one girl messed up my order, the other two boys had no idea whose pizza was whose and they kept checking the menu to see what toppings went on the pizza...I felt like I needed to keep making sure they were putting the right things on our pizzas. It also took forever to have they put together two pizzas with three people making them and only us in line. It was overall just a very sloppy and negative experience. The staff needs some sort of adult manager to control this group of kids. read more

I've been here twice and have had a wonderful experience each time. The pizza is very delicious; although, I've only tried the one combination so far: the Dillon James. I also really like how you can choice three different sizes including the mini which offers a great smaller portion size for both kids and someone looking for a slightly healthier option. Last night we also tried the garlic strips and found them just as delicious. We paired them with the pesto dip, but we weren't as fond of that dip as we thought we would be. In terms of pricing, it's slightly higher then a traditional pizza place. We ordered three mod pizzas, the garlic strips and three fountain drinks and it was around $35 for everything. So while a bit more than two large pizzas, it was still pretty reasonable and the food it well worth it. Overall, definitely check this place out if your a pizza lover or if your family/friends like a variety of pizza options. I'll definitely be back for sure! read more

First time and went in open minded. Bottom line is there are so many other local places that do a much better job and are much less expensive. Pizza was unimpressive and salad was ok. If you can sit through listening to a constant shout out of names without being annoyed- congrats! What a clever way to run a pizza shop...read up on the story of how they came to be while you're there. This is not your typical fast food type pizza place. It's clever and new and I like everything about it. They have house made drinks that you can choose from which is really neat. When you walk in, you'll find the setup to be almost Subway style for but for pizza. You first choose your option of pizza or salad, then you go down the line picking your sauce, cheese and toppings. It's the same price no matter how many toppings you choose which is probably my favorite part. Can't decide on what pizza you want to make? They have premade pizza selections on their menu. The ingredients are high quality and the staff is really nice. Service was quick and there was plenty of seating. I wish there were more crust options to pick from but overall an excellent place. The crust was thin and crispy, which is how I like my pizza. Can't wait to go back and try other pizza combinations. read more

The pizza was okay...too greasy for my liking. The environment is really cool and super trendy. The customer service is bad. It's all young kids working behind the counter, no adult in sight. While eating lunch all I could hear was them cussing which was unexpected with their backs turned eating pizza in front of customers. When the cashier rushed to ring me up, she didn't even offer me a drink. It was my first time here and more than likely, my last. More supervision needed. read more

They got our order completely wrong, were very rude about it, and basically acted like they didn't care it wasn't even close to what we ordered. When we finally got our pizza, it was fine. At the glorious MOD Pizza, the pizza is amazing with a wide variety of all different unique and tasteful toppings. The hand-spun milkshakes are 11/10 but the service is the real winner. Everyone working there seemed happy to serve each and every customer and they got everything done efficiently even when huge groups of people came in. I will definitely be back! read more

MOD PIZZA brings back the nostalgic memories of going to our local pizza joint as a child with my family. Instead of take out pizza. I love MOD'S thin crust! The atmosphere is relaxing, can BYOB, the prices are low and reasonable. One flat price for unlimited toppings! Had a quick lunch with the family. We all liked what we ordered and service was very fast. I got BBQ chicken pizza, it was very good. Not sure what husband and kids got but they ate all of it so they must have like it. Great alternative to fast food when running errands. We spent $30 on 4 people so not expensive. Great addition to Valley Square! Modern, clean, great service. Simple and efficient set up. Select your crust size, select your toppings (build your own) or choose from 1 of 9 "Classic" pizza varieties that were displayed on the wall at the beginning of the ordering line. We had the "Caspian" and it was awesome. As the worker was building our pizza, she asked if I had any modifications to it. I didn't, but if I did, its not a big deal to make substitutions because it's all the same price, regardless of what you choose. The pizza came out within 5 minutes because as soon as it's assembled it goes into a brick oven right behind the counter. Thin crust, a little bit charred, just the way I like it! I didn't try the salads or the hand spun milkshakes (yum!), but I will be back for sure to check them out. This is also a BYOB location, which is a great excuse to go back with just the adults. read more

MOD pizza is an amazing personal pizza place. Very friendly environment. Everybody had big smiles as soon as you walked in the door. Everyone greeted me with a high. Being my first time here I didn't know how it worked. But with the help of the friendly mod team they walked me through everything. I saw he sign from the street for a few weeks. I finally got some free time today to go in and try it out. I loved it!! It's thin crust personal pizza and no matter how many toppings you add the price stays the same!! Which is pretty amazing considering any where else you go and do that you get charged . But being in the mod store really put a smile on my face with all the smiles I saw in there. Very professional bunch of people. The restaurant was very clean and organized. When the line was short no body was standing around. They where cleaning between the slots where all the toppings are and the surrounding areas to make it look great. With my experience I will most definitely come back and tell everyone I know to try it out. Way to go mod. Thank you for making my first experience a great one. read more
