I'm so happy with the service at Moda Capelli Salon. I wanted to try out balyage coloring on my untreated hair. I couldn't have picked a better spot based off of positive reviews to get started with coloring. My colorist was Jordan and she really did a beautiful job on my hair and made me feel comfortable with the process every step of the way. I've gotten several compliments on my hair color since my appointment. Jordan let me know that I could revisit for a glaze if I wanted to retouch the color. Otherwise, balyage is meant to be grown out naturally and doesn't need high maintenance. I would definitely return to Moda for another color service or a haircut next time I'm in the area. read more

Such a great way to spend a rainy afternoon, getting pampered at Moda Capelli! The staff is always so friendly. The coffee bar is a nice touch. I love seeing the owner, Joe, work his magic with his scissors. Experienced stylists and colorists collaborate nicely. They knew exactly what my hair needed to refresh my color for the season. They were able to fit me in for brow shaping and tint service too while my color was processing. (my brows have never looked better since Angela started taking care of them). My husband and sons had their own personalized experience with Tony and Tyler at the barber shop side of the salon, The Bear Barber. Kassidy is a miracle worker. I have been looking for a new hairdresser for sometime now when I discovered Moda Capelli on Instagram. I've always been the type to just do my hair at home and unfortunately, use box dye.. bleach and black. I explained to Kassidy I would like a deep red color that resembles slight black but has color when in the sun. She explained to me due to the box dye it will take longer and she had to be more careful. Well she nailed it! I've never had a hairdresser truly take their time and listen to what I really wanted. I've had my hair done at Moda Capelli on a few different occasions. Their staff does an exceptional job at doing balayages, but thats really the only positive comment I have to say. At my last appointment they butchered my haircut beyond belief. Took more off than I had asked for, gave me short choppy layers when I had asked for long, and decided to thin my hair without asking me. I wasn't crazy about it, but I also did not want to make a big deal so I left it alone and tried to look on the bright side: at least my balayage was fabulous! What left me infuriated was the 2 women working the reception desk. I went to pay for my $300+ services (without tip) and they were just plain rude. They held on a conversation with each other the entire time and did not even bother looking at me or saying "Thank you!". I had a question regarding leaving a tip for my stylist and they just kept talking and ignoring me. Eventually I had to interrupt to ask and they looked pissed I had just butted in. I would consider going back to get another balayage, but this time no haircut and hopefully the receptionists attitude improves! read more

I like this salon for color, but definitely not haircuts. I've gotten my haircut here two times, and the second time my hair was cut extremely unevenly and took me two months to grow everything back out to the same length. I do not recommend this salon to anyone unfortunately read more

I went to Moda Capelli for a balayage and let me tell you, I was not disappointed! It was my first time getting professional color done and I was a bit nervous. My stylist Jordan made me feel at ease and talked me through the entire process. I love when stylists tell you what they're doing and why they're doing it so you understand the process. Jordan takes her time to ensure a flawless result. I learned more about my hair in her chair than I have anywhere else! I've gotten so many compliments and I couldn't be happier with my new hair. I have been getting my haircut by Tony for about 9 years and there is no one better. Men's cuts are priced well and the the late hours during the week is great for when I want to get my haircut after work. Tony and the rest of the staff are the best. Highly recommend it. read more

If you you are unsure about hair color, go see Jordan. JORDAN is fantabulous! I booked an appointment online with her for a balayage treatment. I was nervous because my hair always pulls red and I wanted soft brown tones. She worked a miracle on my head. The color is absolutely perfect! I cannot begin to tell you how amazing it is. She took her time and explained to me the different reasons other stylists might not have been able to get me to the color I wanted. Nothing about it was rushed and she was stellar. She also did my cut. At the end of the appointment I joked that she'd given me Pinterest hair. I have definitely found my new stylist and have already recommended her to other people. I went to a wedding rehearsal a few hours later and everyone was floored by my hair. I had a side braid and curls for the wedding and the color made it beyond beautiful. THANK YOU JORDAN!!! read more
