I had a BBL about a month ago. My surgeon is pretty far away so asking him garment related questions isn't as easy. Everyone at this shop is so insanely knowledgable with surgeries and after-care. They are so accomodating and understand that fajas are expensive, so they really take the time to make sure you're getting the garment thats right for you and that you're happy with it. I've been here 4 times in the past month and every single time they are so willing to help. I once came a little before closing and never once did I feel rushed. Super happy with this place, their massive selection of garments, their customer service and unwavering knowledge. Definitely recommend this location! read more

Let me first start by saying i tried talking a lot to more than one person at the store before I decide to write this review. I was referred by my doctor to buy my garment from here after lipo and when referred by the doctor you would think they know that u cant be precise about the size after ur lipo cz it depends on how swollen u are. My sister came and got me a full garment for $150 with a receipt that says 7 days and he specifically said u have 7 days to return since he knew I was still under procedure. That one didnt fit at all so i had to go back the next day for my 24 hours follow up and went back to the same store and bought the one i wanted and since i was there myself he marked the receipt with no money back but still wrote 7 days return for exchange. So by logic i am suppose to be able to return the first one that didnt fit but when i went there for the 3rd time he refused to give any and was not helpful at all not even willing to work anything out. Am drivin 120 miles back and forth each time to get to his store and i already bought one from him and obviously ill need a stage 2 so if he was smart enough he wouldve kept a customer instead of being cheap over $150. Now i called my doctor to make sure she does not recommend him to any patient and am writing here because he misleaded us and this is so unprofessional. U have store rules its ur right but u make sure ur customer knows it and u don say u have 7 days to return and then change ur mind on it. U have to stand behind ur words if ur a business owner. I hate to do this but you guys did not leave me any other way i am not okay with being lied to and i have to make sure no one else suffers from this. This place was recommended to me by my massage therapist. I went here, knowing exactly what I had wanted and the employees here were just not helpful. They kept trying to upsell me in things that I didn't want and they didn't answer my questions. I compared the prices to this store to Amazon and other shops that carried the same product and this place upcharges so much. I purchased a pair of jeans, one blouse and 3 dresses at a GREAT price! The dresses are all lined with an amazing fabric that keeps it all 'in'. Well made and very figure flattering. The jeans are stylish and the 1st time I've ever fit in a size zero. Comfortable and affordable. Great find on Hazeltine. The staff was super helpful and took really good care of me. The only drawback is you cannot try on body suits and you cant purchase and return them if they dont fit. I would've purchased at least 3 off the hanger but without even trying them on and no return policy it was too much risk at $40 each but they were beautiful. They should offer a sanitary way of trying those on and I would be a big fan to buy. At least try on without snapping at the crotch to ensure they fit the breasts but they would not let me do that either. Definitely going back... read more

You know, I have zero complaints about my experience here. I was referred there by another business & wasn't absolutely sure whether or not I'd make a purchase. However, the young man & young lady there (sorry I forgot their names ) were extremely helpful. Although I ended up having to purchase the garment prior to trying it on, they reassured me that there'd be no problem if I needed to exchange it for another size....and that's exactly what happened. After trying on a large garment w/the young lady's help, I felt that I needed to size down and was able to exchange for a size down "on the spot". So far I've been happy with my purchase and plan on going back soon for a smaller garment! read more

I came in on a Saturday with my sister to look for a faja also known as a girdle. Estuardo greeted us when we came in and helped us as soon as he became available. I have never felt more welcome when coming in to a store to look for something like this. I am really shy when it comes to undergarments. Estuardo was very knowledgeable about all the different types of girdles their were and what their functions were and which one would be appropriate for me. He was also very honest about how they would look on me and what they would do to my body. Most of all he was very gentle and sweet, I think he was able to read me enough to know that this shopping experience wasn't my cup of tea and I needed help. Be mindful that when choosing a girdle you will have to pay for it before trying it on, but they will let you switch it out for another size if you need too. Again, I was confident in buying my girdle because he really educated me and informed me enough to make the right decision. I would recommend that you do your research as far as what type of girdle you would want so you don't get overwhelmed when you come in. All in all this experience was great! They have so much in there I didn't even know existed. They even have work out leggings with built in Spanx. My sister bought a pair and they are awesome. Estuardo even helped me close the girdle when I was trying it on and made me feel so confident about wearing one of these. I will be coming back for my waist trainer. read more
