My mom got her hair cut and colored and she couldn't stop talking about how much she LOVED her cut -- she even said she hasn't been this happy with a hair cut in over 10 years. So THAT alone speaks for itself. The ladies are also all extremely friendly (I should know, I went in there to make an appt, and after 45 mins of talking/chit-chatting, I walked out - lol). Sue had some of the girls come in for our appt at 6am (had to get glammed up for a wedding), and they did a phenomenal job!!! Not to mention, they brought breakfast and made coffee for everyone there... This salon and these ladies ROCK!!!! If you live in MI, and have gone anywhere else but here, you're insane. I'm gonna be flying out for my next hair appt... so you Michiganders need to take advantage of the amazing opportunity you have with these talented ladies so close to you. Sure enough, I get there and am told tape ins are the only choice. I ended up having to buy them there because my hair needed to be done that day for an event. Ooookay, I was going to be spending some $ that day, anyway, so let's move on, not the end of the world. The man who put the tape ins in said literally less than ten words the entire time. I had an appointment with him 2-3 weeks later because a couple of wefts came loose, which was frustrating, and he again didn't speak. I'm almost positive it wasn't a language barrier issue because there were no attempts to be friendly even with body language? And I understand if you don't want to chat the entire time or are introverted, but damn...I really got nothin' When my extensions were finally done, and I will say they were pretty good except for the piece or two that fell out, there was no explanation of how to manage them. The worst part, though, was that he wouldn't cut them because he said they were too pretty. I mostly wanted the extensions for volume, not length.

I walked in on a Saturday morning pretty much begging them to take me in because my best friend was getting married that day and I missed my appointments because I worked a 14 hour shift the day before. I was exhausted that day. With no hesitation the ladies at the front were so professional and did everything they could just to make sure i wouldn't disappoint my friend. Right away they got me in to start my make up with Mariana. The Make up artist her self was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable. Right when I was done they put me on chair and prepped me for a hair updo style. Farah did my updo and she was just amazing herself.
