I have been coming here for years and after today I will never go back. cindy is a delight and my preferred person. she is on vacation and today I was given the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a salon. Lucy sat down to begin my pedicure and didn't even address me with a "hello." the first words she spoke to me where about 5-7 minutes into the pedicure asking if I wanted my toenails cut down. after she finished clipping my cuticles, she got up (didn't say "I'll be right back," "one minute," anything) and was gone for nearly 10 minutes. by the time she came out from the back the water was cold. the person running the desk told Vivian to finish my pedicure! Vivian is absolutely terrible, she is the worst tech in the shop and I vehemently refused to let her touch me. Lucy finished my pedicure. she was also supposed to do my gel manicure but ended up pawning that off on someone else. she's very rude! has a terrible attitude and it definitely shows on her face. don't go to a place that does not respect their customers! read more

I only went here based on the reviews from yelp !! Which I regret going!! Yes they are cheap!! I got eyebrow wax, regular pedicure, a fill, gel, and designs ..everything came out to $67 without tip!! Plus I paid with my debit card, they charge $1 if u use any kind of card to pay for the payment..my experience coming here was horrible.,I arrived at the nail shop @4pm and did not leave till 8pm. The whole shop is just unorganized, customer service was bad from my experience..the manger started doing my nails and then half way into my nails she would go back and forth doing other people's eye brows and then continue back to my nails. Her excuse was she's the only person that could do eyebrows !!! Ok?!' So then I told her I wanted some designs on my nails ..she told me she did not know how to do designs ..so she switch me to one of other associates that knew how to do designs .. So she went back to handdle her other customers that wanted eye brows done. So I sat with Kevin ..he ask me what color i wanted? So I started picking my colors and since he thought I took forever he decided to work alittle bit on another customer nails!!! The front desk gurl was nice her name was darling?! She help me pick colors since I was trying to do different designs in my nails.. So I finished picking my colors !! Waited 15mins then manager came back ..she was done with the ppl that came in to do eye brows ..since she had no more customers that needed eyebrows .she came back to me after when I was waiting for Kevin to do my designs ,she tried to do a design on one of my nail's and it came out looking awful ..Mind u she was on her cell phone for about 10mins ,.so she paused on my nails cause I guess she could not multi task?! I was again waiting?! Then I asked Kevin I think your gonna do my nails and he said no!!! That the manager was going to finish working on my nails.. ?!'so I waited And then she came back and she said Kevin was going to help me!!'!! So now I'm pissed off!! Till I told the front desk girl and she nicely said don't worry Kevin will do your nails and design!! Kevin started doing my nails and then he use regular nail polish then he he would put the gel coat on top!!! Because they don't have a lot of gel colors for designs I guess?! While he put the regular color he told me to wait till the color would dry then he would put the gel!' So I waited till he worked on somebody else half way then 15mins later he finished me up!!! But I think he was getting frustrated cause I was getting a lot of designs on all 10 fingers ..I felt like he was rushing me with the work as well cause he wanted to get to all of the other customers .,.and after he was done ..on one finger I notice while I was driving home ..one finger was sticky cause the gel Polish was not dry yet !!! Ugh!!! He told me I was done and my fingers were set. But I think he was mostly rushing !! I was being very nice on the tip amounts, I gave them both even though they did not deserve ..the amounts I gave to the manager or Kevin!! Sorry.!! Will I go back!! Hell no!! Technically come here if you want cheap or strictly just come for basic stuff!! Like a regular mani or pedi!! Or if you want gel?' Just pick like one basic color ?! Cause it's hard for them to deigns on all 10 fingers ..it's a small staff and for now only one person can do eye brows and one person can do designs ..?!! Have been going here for a couple months and recently have experienced a raise in price and decline in service. They are nicer with new customers but not the long time loyal ones. I've been coming for months and also introduced my mom, sister and friend who have been coming to get mani, pedi and eyebrows also. Emily tells the workers to charger higher than they used to without informing customers. Kevin is rude to customers and I will never use him again even though his work is good. There's a long wait time which wouldn't matter if you walked in the store and they acknowledged you but they dont. I expect more from a nail shop that I've been supporting since the early stages to now have them being rude and not trustworthy. Currently looking for a new nail shop because if I'm paying for services I expect respect and good service -not to be lied to. Zero stars if possible! read more

I came for a gel manicure due to being here before. I used to see Cindy but she longer works here. I was seen by Hannah (lady pictured in the back). From the beginning, I told her that I did NOT want bulky nails. She kept adding polish to my skin and I told her a few times that I didn't want polish on my skin. She didn't listen and added more polish. I mentioned it again, I had polish on my right middle finger. She proceeded to add 3 more coats to my middle finger in top of the 2 she had previously added. I then mentioned that I didn't want her to do my nails anymore, I asked to be seen by someone else. When I said this, she began to remove my polish, WHICH I DID NOT ASK for. Not only that, but she pulled my hand a few times and hurt my nails as she is trying to remove the polish. Again, I did not ask her to do this. Never coming here AGAIN. Hannah, you have the been the WORST person to ever touch my hands. You're RUDE and have lost a customer. read more

I called ahead of time to save a spot for myself to get a full set and they told me to come in an hour and when I arrived they told me they were done doing full sets when I got there at 5:50 and they close at 7. Wasted my time, gas. Never coming here again. read more

IDK why they keep hire such an unprofessional receptionist , this place was good without her. I was starting to come here all the time until my most recent experience. I walked in told the girl my name told her I needed a full set and a Pedi, they got my Pedi started right away. Then she asked me 3 more times what I needed and while getting my Pedi she was walking around telling the workers to pick up after themselves and gave them an attitude made me feel so uncomfortable I felt so bad for them. She then didn't know who came first if I did or another girl but even the other girl told her I was first and she still put her first. So unfortunately not coming back horrible service. read more

I've been looking for a new nail salon since my usual nail lady left Arc Nails. This place seemed to have good reviews so I went the first time Cindy did my nails. She was OK but not thorough some of my nails were diff sizes and she didn't file them good. So I decided to give it another shot and try Kevin( which everyone talks about) needless to say he didn't live up to the hype. He barely filed them, didn't even touch my cuticles, or lotion my hand...This shop seems to only be super nice to people who have been there before. It's not very clean and it gets Super crowded. They had to ask a lady to move so I could sit down. I won't be returning. read more

My daughter and I had time to kill before dinner so we decided to go get a quick manicure....that's exactly what we got! We only waited about 3 minutes and were taken through the quickest manicures in life. The ladies barely spoke English and after telling them repeatedly what we wanted, they decided to do what they wanted to do. Our nails ended up crooked and sloppy and my daughter was even bleeding. They have you pay before your nails have been painted, which is a great idea so you wont ruin your nails, but after the service we got, I just felt cheated. DO NOT GO HERE! read more

My only problem is it's been 4 days and one nail completely peeled off and 5 are chipped. I usually have these manicures for almost 3 weeks. I expected them to at least last a week. So disappointing I thought I found my permanent nail salon. I was at first very happy with this place. I came in only waited about 10 minutes and my gel manicure was finished in under 30 minutes. I just got out of that place. They poked me inside my big toe nail &I made me bleed. Between my nail & the skin. When I complained they told me it was my fault because they were just trying to remove dirt underneath my toe nail. I said I understood I needed a pedicure that's why I was there and poking me to bleed wasn't acceptable. Supposedly they are professionals. They should know! Then they gave me this solution that they prepared with --according to what I saw--hand sanitizer & peroxide to put n my toe & they said to prevent infection. I was like 'they're not Drs!' On top of that when I paid I asked for a receipt with the company name & they seemed not to want me to give me one. I told them I would pay with card and they were giving me this blank yellow receipts where they fill out all the blanks on it. Then they tried to charge me more than what it supposed to be. This was my 2nd time here since I just moved to the area and the last one!! I'll go back to Rose Nails on Virgil. They know how to treat a customer. No hidden nothing & they are honest enough to accept their mistake! I'm very very disappointed!! read more

I used to love coming to this place but recently they have really disappointed me. My go to person for my gel manicure was Cindy and she does do an amazing job. For my pedicure I go with whoever is available. Recently there has been a lot of staff overturn at the salon and the new hires have no idea what they are doing. A few weeks ago I went to get my manicure and pedicure done and I was the first one at the shop when they opened. Once I was seated a person began to do my pedicure and I was waiting for someone to do my manicure. After a few minutes, I asked Kevin when someone would come to do my manicure and he said someone would be with me shortly. There were other people that came after me that were getting their manicure and pedicure done at the same time. Once my pedicure was done the same person wanted to do my manicure. By this time I was fed up with their lack of attention and common sense. I was their customer for over two years but now I had to look for another place to get my nails done where they will have more attention to their customers and respect the order you came in. read more
