I went to get my gel acrylics removed. I was attended by a woman who let my hands soak in acetone. I had my nails and hands soaking in acetone for 40 min total. She didn't fully remove the gel or file my nails nicely. She would help other people instead of helping me, and rushed at the end by just soaking my nails with oil, while I still had residue.
