I was repeatedly given different timelines and excuses, and although the woman I spoke with "promised" to call me with an update, she never did. When my husband arrived, he discovered that they had failed to order the bottom pieces of the uniforms altogether. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they tried to convince my husband to have the existing items altered. The entire experience was extremely disorganized, frustrating, and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service made this experience even worse. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
