They look great and feel high quality. The order was supposed to include two pairs of laces and a kiltie. While the laces were included, the kiltie was missing. I reached out to SOP, and Brandon was responsive and said they were in the mail, but they never arrived. It's now been over two months. Really disappointed with SOP. This was my first purchase and will most likely be my last. When you're spending $700 on boots, you expect everything that's supposed to come with them.

Yes the measurements are posted online but it's also true that each denim item even if it's the same size doesn't measure exactly the same (1-2 inches off) and that's where I was told to call. Whoever answered really didnt seemed to be bothered about my request even though thats what they told me do in person. Even so he decides to say yeah let me call you back and hangs up. These guys are just outright rude and I'd be making sure you guys read all the other negative comments. Obviously the way he handled it I wasnt expecting a call back and that was pretty much the end of the conversation. Even if you go in store they always offer discounts on their website so just be wary. And just in case the owner wants to comments and respond that I was never a customer like on Google I'm attaching my receipt from this store.

Greg told me the calves could be stretched so I paid to have them stretched and soled at the same time- turning a $5 pair of boots into a $105 pair of boots. He was great at communicating with me through the app and seemed kind, so I drove far for the service. I tried them on when I dropped them off so he could see where they needed stretched in the calf. When I came to pick them up, I tried them on with the new soles- and the calves did not appear to be stretched at all. What hurt my feelings was when he said "These are for YOUR legs?" and looked down at my kankles in UTTER disgust. The judgement on his face has left a permanent burn mark on my memory. I think back to that moment every time I pass the $5 boots-turned-$105 boots I still cannot wear, every time I walk out my door. I paid what was asked, I'm only sad I didn't have more self respect to say "YEAH. MY LEGS. YOU SAW ME TRY THEM ON. WHO DID YOU THINK I WAS GETTING THEM STRETCHED FOR?". 2 stars off for the contorted, disapproving face he made at my legs that will haunt me every time I try on high boots for the rest of my life.
