These shops offer unique items that you won't find at Westfield Santa Anita. And they're all women-owned. Like Sierra Madre, the items are tasteful and not flashy. During my browsing, I noticed a small wad of money on the floor near the resister. I was on my way to the dressing room and picked up the money and put it on the counter. I paid for my items and left. I was about 50 feet from the store and the attendant called me back. She forgot to charge me for one item. I returned and paid for it. As I walked out I saw two ladies that were I. The store before I made my purchase. I told them about the money and if they dropped it, should go get it. They both said it wasn't there's and one said she doesn't carry cash. Then it hit me! I think when I pulled my eye glasses out of my purse to browse, I dropped the money! Lol! I went back to the store to tell the attendant and she didn't believe me. She told me I didn't even open my purse! Unbelievable! Who does that. Lesson learned. I need to slow down no matter how excited shopping makes me! I guess the attendant needed the few extra bucks. If you happen to be one of the two ladies that I saw, go back and claim my money! I often go on Fridays with my four-year old, and not only she is not worried about little kids being in her store, she actually welcomes him!! They have interesting boutique style clothing and accessories such as scarves, jewelry, etc. I've bought some very cute items at very reasonable prices. She also has interesting furniture and home items in the back of the store. These are all items that the owner have personally picked for her store. I love stopping by every Friday when my daughter has art class in the area. I always find something I can buy for myself or friends. While other stores close at around 5pm, this store is open till later, which I think Is wonderful. Highly recommended!

The toy section has also increased with more young adult toys such as anime and collectibles while they have a larger variety of children makeup, dress up dolls, pink toys, and home economic play options like cooking and cleaning. Their prices are very reasonable (as long as the item isn't opened or broken), and they still have some options of things you might look for. However they do have questionable priced items such as furniture with designs that seems out of place and might break on impact that cost the same as a more higher quality and simple designed ones (probably the unique design makes it priced higher?). Clothes, handbags, and shoes are always plentiful, sometimes shoes are all over the floor because customers don't put them back. There are also clothes on the floor. Handbags are not organized well but they do have a lot of variety! Can't blame the mess on the staff, staff seemed busy checking out the huge line I keep seeing when I come here. I keep seeing customers leaving items anywhere near the register line when they don't want it anymore.

I have been shopping at this Marshalls for many years, and I have always noticed Marcus's hard work, dedication, and commitment to both the customers and his team. She asked and asked and asked and it wasn't enough that she didn't take no for an answer then a tall man came and started with me to why not get a credit card, and and very loud and everyone around can hear him, that made me explain why I can't. I'm just annoyed how I can't just pay and leave... ask once and take no for an answer and do not be pushy and aggressive to sell a credit card. I think if they go through their camera system, I was asked at least 10 times between the two of them. I'm still annoyed typing this. That is not customer service if that's what you're aiming for.
