I understand prices can go up or down, but once a price is agreed on, especially after I canceled a different auto body shop, it should be honored. I also have an audio record of the original conversation. The person who did my oil change was very nice and professional, and I appreciate that. However, changing the price after an agreement was disappointing. I came here based on good reviews and recommendations. Keeping your word matters if you want returning customers.

(Still leaking btw) they said it was the "gasKeT" and I would have to pay another $48 to get this repaired. They said I should have brought it the day after i got the oil changed. Later after all the back and forth they offered to cover the costs for labor ,but I would have to pay for the part. Which was $3. I did not expect for them to charge me at all considering i had returned literally about 2 weeks later. (And called them over the phone twice to advise what was going on" They said i was "taking advantage" and told me god was watching. They said there was no way of knowing the part was damaged or defective . In my opinion they should have checked the gasket while doing the oil change . I ended up paying $10 which I didn't feel was fair but; at least they could pay off their $3 part they replaced. Next day after the lecture and "repair" ITS LEAKING AGAIN! haaaahahah now I have to go to the dealer and figure out what they broke on my car. I'm glad I didn't pay the $48 the second time around considering I came in with a car that was perfectly fine and left with a leaking car . THANK YOU LA TIRES AND AUTO BODY SHOP !!! :) I've spent $120 total for oil, filter, labor, a "gasket" and now I have a car with a bigger problem and NO OIL . DO NOT GO HERE !

Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. First of all I dont know why this Scott guy put a 1 star review this place is amazing! People who put 1 star reviews are people i think that truely want to destroy the shop. He has freaking lifetime warranty on the places that are fixed so its basically free of cost fix for going back! Maybe he came here with the previous managers but right now the new manager Gerson is awsome! Gerson is very patient and spends as much time as needed with the customer. The owner of the establishment was there as well and he was super informative about the body repair process and was super helpful. The owner had lived in america for over 40 years and has a lot of fun life stories.Talk with the owner he is freaking hilarious! Had to go to this shop a second time due to another accident. Luckily both accidents wasnt my fault. Have to say love the service again. It was a bit hectic this time since the shop seems to be pretty busy but still excellent service and lifetime warranty on repaired car. Whenever i thought there was something wrong with my car i always come here since they take care of you really well especially on places that they previously fixed. I was a bit shocked at how much came out but they photo document everything they found and actually have proof in what they did. Also it is nice knowing that the repairs they did on the car was using new manufactured items. Highly recommend this place and staff is really helpful. I was recommended Modern Auto Center by my insurance, Allstate. I'm very happy with my experience. Charles greeted me when I first came in, he was friendly and communicated clearly to what services my car would need. Edward helped me with my paper work. He was very helpful, patient, and communicative. It was a smooth process. Even though I came in for an insurance claim, Edward offered to help check out another small issue with my car's coolant. He took the time to make sure my car was okay before I got back on the road. This location is also great since it is just down the street from Enterprise, maybe 5min drive. They already have an established relationship which makes pick up and drop off easy. Anyway, the first carstar I booked in Glendale was honest and called me to tell me they weren't actually tesla certified and didn't feel comfortable working on my car. Found this place next and got in touch with Mark, their tesla specialist who is super nice and easy going. I had a specific request to fix my car in two separate parts because I had a wrap on my car and was going on a long roadtrip to get my new cat...I wanted to remove my wrap after the trip to lessen the amount of rock debris impact....and because they couldn't paint match my new hood unless they removed my wrap from the hood and side panels....so anyway, he agreed. Process was seamless. I eventually got my car fixed and it was perfect. As a mini side bonus, he hooked it up and just had his tech take off my wrap for a little extra so I wouldn't have to pay $650 at some other place. Car came back in perfect condition, cleaned and as good as new. I also got new emblems that they ordered for me that are waiting to get rewrapped. I highly recommend this place! Also, another perk they have is that they work with enterprise a couple of blocks away and they will pick you up, drop you off, or you just leave the rental at the shop and everything gets handled. All Collision Center is definitely that place. 누군가 제 차를 박고 도망간 후 정말 속상한 마음으로 All Collision Center를 찾게 되었어요. 차도 마음도 같이 찌그러진 느낌이었는데, 이곳에 도착하는 순간부터 분위기가 달랐습니다. 먼저 사장님이 정말 성격이 좋으시고, 설명도 너무 솔직하고 정직하게 해주세요. 견적을 부풀리거나 괜히 겁주는 느낌이 전혀 없고, 필요한 부분을 정확하게 설명해주셔서 처음부터 믿음이 갔습니다. 요즘 이런 바디샵 찾기 쉽지 않은데, 여기는 정말 "정직함"이 느껴지는 곳이었어요. 그리고 뭐니 뭐니 해도 이곳의 가장 큰 장점은 사람들이 정말 친절하다는 것입니다. 파킹장에 도착하자마자 직원분들이 먼저 와서 인사해주시고, "필요한 거 있으세요?", "주차 힘드시면 제가 도와드릴게요"라고 먼저 챙겨주셨어요. 순간 제가 바디샵에 온 건지, 친절 교육을 아주 제대로 받은 호텔에 온 건지 헷갈릴 정도였습니다. 차 고치러 갔다가 마음까지 서비스 받은 느낌이었어요. 특히 렌트카 문제로 조금 불편한 상황이 있었는데, 사장님께서 직접 라이드까지 해주시고, 계속 불편한 점은 없는지 확인해주셨어요. 렌트카가 제대로 해결될 때까지 끝까지 신경 써주시는 모습에 정말 감동받았습니다. 보통은 차만 맡기고 끝나는 곳이 많은데, 여기는 손님이 불편하지 않게 끝까지 책임지는 느낌이 강했어요. 그리고 제일 중요한 차 수리 결과는 정말 완벽했습니다. 사고가 났던 차가 맞나 싶을 정도로 너무 깔끔하게 고쳐졌고, 어디가 손상됐었는지 찾아볼 수 없을 만큼 완벽하게 복원해주셨어요. 마치 제 차가 "나 사고 난 적 없는데요?" 하고 시치미를 떼는 느낌이었습니다. 정직한 견적, 친절한 직원들, 책임감 있는 사장님, 그리고 완벽한 수리까지. I had a short list of repairs needed after someone had grazed past the driver's side of my car, leaving behind a paint skid, a shattered side mirror, and a little gap in the front wheel fender liner. I wasn't looking to spend too much money on the repairs because it was a hit-and-run, and I wasn't sure I'd be getting paid back. Makino-san was quick to give me an estimate. His rate was affordable and zero-BS. The repair was done in less than two hours. Got exactly what I paid for. I don't know much about cars or the details of body shop work to speak on much else. But I do know that when a man can tough it out 40 years in the same spot doing the same work, it absolutely means something.
