After reading glowing reviews, I called Hyperion to ask if hey could schedule the installation, expecting to wait a few days. Instead the guy on the phone said to bring it in at 10:30 the next day. I didn't get there as a tweak in the door itself caused my overhead lights to stay on and drain my battery. I arranged for a friend to take me home, expecting to leave the car for at lrast the afternoon. But manager (I did not get hois name) said it would just be a half hour. He called over a ytechnician and 20 minutes later the car was ready! I had some body damage and the manager quoted me a price apologetically, noting that Lexus Parts are super expensive. I said well, it's a 15 year old car - probably isn't even worth the cost of the repairs. I started to walk away and stopped, turned and said, "Wait, I haven't paid you!" And he said, "no charge". I was dumbfounded and only hope I thanked him emough. Great work, fast, and even complimentary. I'm in awe. Go there!

Anyway, the first carstar I booked in Glendale was honest and called me to tell me they weren't actually tesla certified and didn't feel comfortable working on my car. Found this place next and got in touch with Mark, their tesla specialist who is super nice and easy going. I had a specific request to fix my car in two separate parts because I had a wrap on my car and was going on a long roadtrip to get my new cat...I wanted to remove my wrap after the trip to lessen the amount of rock debris impact....and because they couldn't paint match my new hood unless they removed my wrap from the hood and side panels....so anyway, he agreed. Process was seamless. I eventually got my car fixed and it was perfect. As a mini side bonus, he hooked it up and just had his tech take off my wrap for a little extra so I wouldn't have to pay $650 at some other place. Car came back in perfect condition, cleaned and as good as new. I also got new emblems that they ordered for me that are waiting to get rewrapped. I highly recommend this place! Also, another perk they have is that they work with enterprise a couple of blocks away and they will pick you up, drop you off, or you just leave the rental at the shop and everything gets handled. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. They have a really nice waiting area with seating + strong AC (it was a hot summer day in LA), I was really impressed. Most places in the area were quoting me $500-1200 and said there weren't any after market options. At Hobart Auto, Gary, the manager was communicative, quick, and offered the best pricing at $300. He was transparent with the amount of work the shop had to do with other customers, so I knew how to work around my work schedule to drop off my car at the most efficient window of time.
