I unfortunately had a contractor rip me off and completely lie to me with a cheaper bid. He failed to show up consistently and I had to fire him after he tried to increase his bid by 100k to finish the remodeling project. The best decision I made was to hire Amir and I really appreciate his honest pricing and no hidden fees later on. The quality of the work is 10 out of 10 along with his service and getting the job done on time. Going with the cheaper bid ended up costing me a lot of money and time and it was a huge headache. Just AMAZING. Not going to get into too much details but I was opening up a very high end Med spa for my fiancé and my contractor took 6 figures and went missing. Took me 6 months and attorneys to track him down. In the meantime my fiancé was stressing out to find a new contractor etc. We were referred to Amir and was prob one of the best things that could happen to us! From the time we met him to discuss the spa and what needs to be done to the second he was done he was always around for phone calls, texts etc. They did a few things for the spa but the main statement piece when you walk in is what makes you go Wow! A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won't be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all "line matched" all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don't know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It's been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. Overall had a very pleasant experience dealing with Amir. We contracted him to install a louvered pergola in our backyard. He went over our options and offered a high quality European product that we weren't aware of, for a price comparable to the domestic product. His quote included the permits, engineering work and installation. The final product was everything promised and more and we are very happy with it. His workers paid attention to details and were keen to remedy any naturally occurring imperfections due to gaps with the outside wall or uneven stucco of the house exterior. They caulked and covered the gaps in a seamless way that integrated very nicely with the pergola. Sometime later, I accidentally reset the remote control for the pergola, when I called Amir, he showed up with his workers to help reprogram the unit and perform some touchups that I requested of him.
