Jeff neglected to cover the furniture when cutting and installing the flooring and dust landed on everything around it. That in itself was not an issue IF Jeff had cleaned everything but he didn't. While I put away all the small things, there was dust on the floor, furniture, window sills and blinds. When Brent inspected it he admitted Jeff should have cleaned it up. Brent came to clean it up but did a shoddy job and I had to go through the 3 rooms and clean it myself. 2. Brent said there would be no gap between the walls and flooring once installed but there were. He apologized and said that it was his mistake. He said that he would come over and fill in those gaps with caulking, and after 3 attempts to contact him, he has not responded to me. 3. These gaps suggest bad workmanship. They should have been cut properly, and no gaps should have occurred. I would not recommend this firm to do your flooring.

Jeff's team (Glen and Al) did a super job of hand sanding down areas, staining them to match existing and putting a new oil finish over the repairs so that they blended in. In most areas, you cannot tell that any work was done - they are as good as the original. Jeff and his team were easy to work with. We had a time and material contract since it was hard to know how long the work would take. The crew was efficient and the work was completed ahead of the proposed schedule. We would definitely use and recommend Miller's again.
