This is the second time I have her Renga flooring install new flooring at my home. The first time was 8 years ago and they did an unbelievable job with hardwood floors across 2000 sq feet of my home. Such a good job that as soon as we moved, they are the first group I called to do a custom laminate floor in my garage. I can't say enough good things about their professionalism, their attention to detail, and the quality of the work. Nico and Mike Jr. did a survey, then made refs regarding my best options. They came out and looked at the work, coved linoleum in 3 rooms, and returned a contract that had a price that was acceptable. The contract required, however, that we waive important rights intended to protect consumers. For example, Renga required a 50% advance payment, which is a clear violation of state law which caps pre-work payments at 10%. In addiition, their contract requires their customers to waive the federal chargeback rights that belong to everyone who uses a credit card. This is also illegal. When I asked that the contract be revised, they quickly returned an email stating that they were rescinding their offer to do the work. Maybe they do not want customers who know their rights. In our case, someone else is getting the work. read more

His team came in and redid all my wood flooring (including changing out the stairs from carpet to wood), and installed new carpet for me in a week.
