I called back recently, 5 months later, to replace another pane that's exactly the same and was quoted $350. When I asked why there was such a jump in pricing in less than six months, they said, "Glass went up 40% ... Prices are increasing every day in the construction industry. I have no control over it, unfortunately." Okay? So my increase is way more than 40%? So I called three other glass companies with the highest quote at $180. Wow, that's even lower than the first price I paid. I'm just flabbergasted! Compared to other local small businesses, the prices Proline Glass & Mirror quoted are astronomically more, and especially for a repeat customer. For these reasons, I must update my review and drop my rating.

This type of tile needs a special tile cutter and not the one that's usually used for ceramic tiles. Rather than buy the expensive tile cutter for a small project, my husband decided to call Affordable Glass and asked them if they could to it. They immediately said yes but asked to see the tiles first. He took it to their shop and they managed to cut a few of them at a reasonable price.
