They came to my house with samples for me to gaze through. I never felt pressured into buying or being obligated to anything. They even helped me apply for financing. As a female, I am not skilled in any carpentry works or knowledge in accurately measuring square footage. I just new that I wanted a nice size patio cover with an outdoor fan. When the gentleman arrived, he was very patient and very experienced and help me to decide what type of patio I had envisioned. He advised me on what supplies I would need and explained to me just where to find it and what to look for when purchasing the fan. Needless to say, the craftsmanship and professionalism was exceptional and I have gotten plenty of compliments on my patio cover. Now 3 years later, Tropical Storm Harvey ripped my gutters off my home. I called several companies and even tried my home owners insurance but had no success. Finally, I called Liberty Builders of Texas just to inquired if they repaired gutters. After speaking with Kevin and several other employees, I was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate. My appointment was the very next day and due the weather the representative was running late and I actually received a phone call to notify me of this. Once again the representative came prepared to address my concerns. The major factor that impressed me was the price was very reasonable and I never felt pressured or obligated. In fact, I decided to replace all my gutters on my home instead of only the damaged gutter. A very satisfied customer!!!!!

They stated that we would receive their services at a great price as long as they could take befote and after pictures for their website and brochures. It took them 4 months to completely build the add-on sun room and porch. Their concrete company broke all of our sprinkler lines which they replaced, they did not put the shingles on the covered patio as promised due to the stating AFTER that it would cost extra, we had to re-caulk everything because there was air gaps everywhere (between the house and porch along with outside and the porch) because they caulked the outside but not the inside of the enclosed patio, they forgot to install the storm door and exterior fan, the concrete has cracked and sagged where they extended the patio which is now unlevel with the porch, the company tried to pay us in order for us to make a payment on the patio so we wouldn't mess up their rating on the Better Business Bereau, the insulation is absolute garbage and makes the enclosed patio into a sauna even with blackout curtains and a 14 seer A/C pumping 24/7, and overall, it looks like a half-ass job. We wished we would have just done it ourselves versus paying this company to build a half-ass enclosed and extended patio.

We are quite a ways from 1604 yet we could hear the traffic pretty well. Day and night! So we started the process of shopping around for replacement windows last year and interviewed many vendors. we were quoted and listened to many sales people about their products and installations. We narrowed it down to three vendors and brought the sales people back in for a final presentation and quote. Larry Bindel, the owner of First Place Windows, was not only the most thorough but he was also the nicest guy we talked with and he delivered a professional quote. His price was not the lowest but my wife and I liked him and his delivery and we spoke w a few of his customers. We believed and had it proven that Larry really loves his customers and does right by them. Our windows came in when he said they would and the windows were installed from 1:30-6:30 the afternoon we set up. His installers, 2 guys, worked in the heat and did a great job. They laid plastic over everything nearby before they started and then cut the two large windows out and replaced the old with the new. They caulked around the new windows and cleaned up the mess and left. Larry and his son were there also to oversee the job being done. The new windows let no heat in and we cannot even hear our water fountain against the window. The difference is incredible! Silence is golden. Lol. Plus the windows that Larry installs have a much lower bottom window than the other windows we looked at. We liked this because u can see much more. I believe like 85% more. The other windows seemed to be more 60/40 where u could not see as much. Anyway, we loved Larry and his team, the windows, the service and clean installation and very quite and professional manner.
