Then she essentially told me to check myself that I was imagining things (not verbatim but the message was clear). All this probing ended with her saying she couldn't perform an assessment and I should go to Kent. Could have just started and ended with that ma'am. Got off the phone and realized how inappropriate and uncomfortable that entire situation was. If you want someone who actually believes you and will provide help, don't go here.

I called and the receptionist was so friendly and was able to work me in without issue to see the audiologist. When I got there, Abigail Bavaro the audiologist made the mold and sent it off asap.
