They had my $500 deposit for 45 days & had no idea my order wasn't fulfilled. Had I not brought this to their attention, I doubt they would have ever realized their mistake. They were unwilling to credit me back the $68 for the hearing test as a goodwill gesture for their mistake. Apparently they are more about $$$ MONEY than customer service & satisfaction. The quoted price on the phone for visits (~$75/visit) is false and I was charged over $200 per visit-- I continuously asked what my appointments would cost at the time services were rendered and was told "don't worry, we'll work with you". I can tell you that is false- they don't work with you; when I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, the billing person (unfortunately I cannot remember her name-Deanna maybe?)said no. Since I had moved out of town, I couldn't resolve the issue in person. Also, they charge different prices for different body parts? I'm a physical therapist and know that this is NOT standard practice. A therapeutic exercise charge is a therapeutic exercise charge, and insurance reimbursement does not differ depending on body part, so don't let them persuade you otherwise. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for care. The lack of professionalism when it comes to the validity of their quoted prices and dealing with the billing representative makes me sad to work in the same field.
