Patty on the phone was unhelpful, unprofessional. I asked her to put us back to contact with Louis because he was the one at our home and SHE REFUSED!!! She kept saying she was not in our house so she didn't know our conversation. But REFUSED to let us to talk to the person who was in our house and who had a conversation with my husband and I. Absolutely Shady Business and how they treat people. Wasted a week of our time dealing with an active leak and made our situation worse. The detection was far more inaccurate. It wasn't even in the same room they marked. When trying to use the 30 days guarantee for them to come back to locate the leak again, we were told the insurance company has to call them to use it. For an active leak, as a home owner, we are trying to resolve the issue. Not to run into another drama and scam - totally waste of time. Stay away!

I can't really rate it on book selection, but it's a fairly small library that seems to do a pretty brisk business with people renting dvd's and such. They've also added some services where you can borrow movies, books, and music in an electronic format.

Given we seldom travel this direction, this library is not great for us.

We have been having water issues in our back and side yards. Our backyard has a pretty decent slope to it and the water would pool between our patio and playground. Connor came out and did a through inspection of the property and advised installing a catch basin in the back yard that would dump out into the street as well as a French drain to handle the soggy side yard. When we informed Connor that we'd be using him he told me he'd rethought some things about the project. Just the idea that he'd put additional thought into our situation before we'd signed a contract made me feel like he really cared about helping us. Throughout the project we kept remarking about how efficient and thorough his work was. Every day he cleaned up after himself and made sure any digging was filled back in. I've never hired someone who has worked as hard as Connor. I cannot say enough how grateful we were for his meticulousness and professionalism. A few days after all the pipes had been laid down we had a decent bout of rain in the morning. Usually this would mean a small pond in our backyard and our side yard would be marshland for days. We had no pooling in the backyard and when I checked the side yard at about 2 pm the ground was almost dry. I was hopeful that it would work but I was astonished at how well it worked. Without even scoping the drain or looking for a cleanout to potentially mitigate, the plumber quoted me just shy of $11,000 to replace the entire line. I'm not a plumber, but I'm not an idiot either. I don't panic, and I don't believe people who prey on your panic. TJ from Drainvisions came out, partially cleaned my line and made plans to come back out after I could secure a better access point (old house with weird plumbing). Came back out, gave it hell, but still couldn't get cleared. He was unhappier than me about it. Came back out again same day after we were able to locate a curbside cleanout for proper access to the line. I was his first appointment that day, so I knew exactly how long his day was, and totally would've been amenable to the next day instead, but he was determined. Together with his coworker, after a 12+ hour day, they came back at almost 9 pm and got it done, pulling out a clog that I've never seen the likes of: 3.5 feet of root and hair ( property was previously a small salon). He saved me thousands of dollars. I couldn't be happier with the level of service, honesty and dedication.
