I hired this company to clean base boards, wall scuffs, fans, dusting, floors, etc. (We cleaned the kitchen and tidied up before their arrival making it easier for them to get straight to the details). I specially mentioned that having moved from a 1 bedroom apartment, the house is nearly empty and I was looking to have the deep cleaning that is not done on a daily basis of moldings, window seals, etc. I was assured that was a service that can be provided for a nearly empty (one room just has a desk and bookshelf while another has only a treadmill) 3brd / 2bth (just shy of 1,000 sq ft) for $269 cash. Employees were nice. But nice left my bookshelves, fans, etc. dusty. For example, one book shelf of 5 shelves 3/5 of the shelves were dusted. We contacted the owner who offered to have them return minutes after leaving to clean the ceiling fans, only, but we didn't feel comfortable considering the amount of cleaning that still needed to be done. We sent videos and photos to the owner to show the extent of the job that was left behind - but didn't get a response thereafter. (I'm unable to load videos but we sent videos to the owner of us running our fingers on surfaces around the house). Maybe they were in a rush. Maybe they just had an off day. I'm sure they're nice people. But I would not recommend to a friend or family member. read more

Of the items that were completed, they did a good job and my place looked substantially better than it had. The service request was for deep cleaning, but the oven, fridge, baseboards, and windows seals were not cleaned. they did offer to return, but similar to what another review mentioned, because so many items had been missed, I was not comfortable having them return. I did follow up via call, as I noticed more items that had not been addressed, but my calls have not been returned. The initial customer service was good. read more

I was really hopeful and looking forward to using this company because of all the great reviews but they just didn't work out for me...idk maybe they were having an off day. Overall, the cleaning was good, but lots of things were missed. I had to ask them to make the beds and to dust/sweep certain areas that were clearly dirty. The dishes weren't done or put away. We have 2 kitchen trash cans (both of which were full) and only one was taken out. Chairs weren't moved to be vacuumed, swept, or mopped under. While they were in my home, I had to point out everything that wasn't done. I was so frustrated, I called the manager snd assured me they will complete the job. Just as promised! My daughter and her roommates hired Mr. Cleaning to help them with their 3 bed/2.5 bath apartment. They are six college students who have lots of friends over. Mr. Cleaning was reasonably priced, prompt in giving them a quote, did a great job of their apartment (see photos), and completed the entire place in less than three hours. He even asked them to look around to see if there was anything they needed to redo before they left. But, the place looked perfect. They couldn't find anything that needed rework. I had been searching for a reasonable price for a deep cleaning on a studio apartment and Sergio was very helpful and responses were fast. He quoted me a good and affordable price and overall I am very happy with the job. They deep cleaned majority of everything I needed done and were very kind and thorough. Only concern I had was that my trashes were not taken out at all nor were my dishes put away prior to the dirty ones in the sink being cleaned.
