I went in to get two Tattoos, the First one was my Dog's paw and the second one was a Letter S on my ring finger. Well the first tattoo the paw wasn't shaded in all the way it still need ink and the lines were all different shapes on one side the line was thicker and the other side was a very thin line. Once it was all healed. In which I contact the tattoo artist and he said to come back but I didn't want it to get worse than it was already. And so he gave me back half of my money back. And well for the second one it just started peeling this week and once it peeled off I saw that there wasn't even ink. I took care of it how you're supposed to take care of a tattoo. I've contact him 3 times for him to finally respond back on the third try just to tell me he doesn't refund back finger tattoo because they're different. He was just gonna give me back $5 after I told him he fucked up my second tattoo then he agreed to give me the rest of the money. In which I paid $110 for. I also, told him I was unsatisfied both of my tattoos after that went ahead and Blocked me on Instagram just because he didn't like what I told him. Also, he kept saying that he didn't want to waste his ink since he said the ink was expensive and he was also way too talkative when he tattoo's. MARIO NEVER SHOWED UP! I had an appointment with Mario today but he wasn't there when I got there at 6. So I waited an hour and Mario never showed so I left. Then twenty five mins later he messaged me "I'm 20 mins away I'll go rn" and so I went again and waited for him ANOTHER HOUR and he never showed up AGAIN. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him to show up. He finally messaged me at 9 pm saying he ways there. He never apologized to me or anything. This was so unprofessional and very upsetting. He just made himself and his business look bad. This place is terrible. If I could give less than one star I would. I went in yesterday 05/04/21 to get the helix, industrial, and nose piercings. Not only did the guy NOT sanitize the areas, he did not even do the industrial piercing correctly. He told me to face one way and marked me and did it without asking if that's where I wanted it. Also he had done the helix piercing with my hair in it!!! He tried to charge me more than what he had said and I had to show him his own prices for him. I've gotten this piercing before but I had to take it off for school. I ended up having to get it removed the next day 5/5/21. My ear was swollen and turning purple. When I had asked for a refund for at least that piercing he said no. That he had given it to the boss and then refused to give me the boss' number. Then I asked for the manager and he said he's his own manager. And still refused to refund me. As he was removing the piercing he even made the comment stating that my ear looked bad and that he would do the piercing again for me. But he was going to charge me still. I ended up telling him that no and that I'm not going to come back. He has poor customer service and is shady. My sisters also got piercings from him the same day I went. He didn't even put in the piercings right because my little sisters piercing came off in the store and Had fallen on the floor and she was bleeding. She had told him about it and he was going to put it back and she had to remind him again to sanitize. He then said "oh yeah that's right" wtf do you mean oh yeah that's right. Customers go in there putting their trust in the employees that their going to be clean. Very disgusted. If this is deleted, be sure that I will repost it again. read more

Never going back to this shop again. The first time i went there I got a piercing and a tattoo. The piercing looked okay even though they didn't tell me how to take care of it. But the tattoo faded away easily and was disappointed. I gave the shop another chance and took my cousin and I to make a tattoo appt. and we made it a week before getting it and he said he would have the design ready and everything. The day of the tattoo he had lost the pictures and did the design minutes before doing it on us. My cousin wanted a full moon and it did not look at all the same. It just looked like a circle with spots. I let him know and he told me that that was his work and there was nothing he could do about it. So I didn't want to write this review but I MUST because it's bothering me so much. I came in on Monday July 9th, 2018 to get my inverse vertical labret (Ashley piercing). I believe his name was Mario. I came w my sister so she can watch the whole thing and he hesitated to let her in, and that was already fishy to me because I mean I've got serval piercings before from other shops and never cared for someone to come in and watch. but anyway he ended up letting her watch, as I'm sitting there about to get my piercing he had marked it too high (I believe) so I told him a little more centered on my lip... as he was about to pierce my lip he didn't use the clamp, he then tried to put the piercing in and the needle came out before the piercing went all the way through because "I moved" when I really just flinched...so I just felt him tugging on my lip for a cool while I was literally about to pass out, and he saw me get pale and told me to lay back for a sec until I felt better, so since he couldn't get the piercing to go through he had to get the needle again and pierce it AGAIN. (MIND THE FACT I WAS ABOUT TO PASS OUT) I let him do his thing again, this time using the clamp and he got the piercing through. So I walk out without even looking at it because of how shitty I felt. Get home to it being TOO low and it's crooked it's not even straight. the bar he put was too short and it's been sinking into my lip because how SWOLLEN my lip got. Texted and called today to see if I can come in to get it changed out to a longer bar and he couldn't even msg me when he got to the shop. So I got it changed out myself!!!! Such a bad experience I should've done a little more research, I'm extremely unsatisfied w my experience. Especially bcz I paid $50 wish I could've have a 5 Star. ‍ read more

So I got my first tattoo EVER today done by Roberto. I was actually trying to go on March 13th for the Friday the 13th deal but I had no cash prepared so I decided to wait til today after work. Given the current pandemic crisis happening right now he was only taking appointments but he was available for walkins to talk quotes. I came in ready with a picture of the tattoo I wanted and he gladly did it for me within a matter of 20mins. I was hella nervous that it would hurt but it was nothing (sternum tat)!! He was calm and reassured me that it wouldn't hurt. He talked me through the whole process and explained what he was using. I was out of there in no time. He of course told me about aftercare and I walked out super happy and satisfied. Highly recommend Roberto if you're looking to get a tat. Definitely coming back to get more pieces done. read more

Went for spur of the moment ear piercing back in March 2021 and it was a horrible experience. Granted times of covid-19 you can't let a bunch of people back there but this gave an opportunity for inexperienced piercing to happen. It was 3 of us that day...no paperwork to sign, no checking of IDs, a bit sketch... I wanted to get the helix pierced instead it was positioned incorrectly near the snug but not quite, not allowing my piercing to heal as it was pierced in the wrong place in an odd crease of my ear where the backing of any earring was rubbing against my skin which became an open wound. Had to take out what seems close to a nail the guy used (Yea odd screw not quite an earring the guy used) bc it wasn't healing right. I was in pain. I tried for a month and a half and nope didn't heal right, pain was getting worse. Don't come here for piercings! Also I ain't against smoking some of that good ish but not on the job! Don't know if that had something to do with the impaired piercing! Speaking only on piercings here. read more

These ink matters are the best. I initially had my tat done by Isreal. He replicated my father's brand perfectly. I then went back one month later for touch up done by Robert and he did a magnificent job, at no additional charge. I absolutely love my tattoo and I plan on going back and having tattoo rejuvenation done on one of my older tattoos that has faded (from a different shop.) I definitely will have Robert do the tat work because he has a very light hand and it hardly feels like you're getting the needles put inside you. He was very nice and pleasant to talk to and quick in his work. In addition I healed up quite nicely. I've been here 3 times within the last month trying to get a piercing and each time I'm told that the piercer isn't there. The first time I showed up, I was promptly greeted and was asked what it was that I needed- the guy was great and apologized for the piercer not being there. He took my name and number down and told me I'd be contacted so I could come in and get my piercing. I walked out expecting to get a call within the first 2 days but that never happened. Fast forward to the next week and that time I called ahead and asked if the piercer would be in that day; again, I was told that he wasn't there, but that he'd be in after 5 PM and that if I wanted to give my name and number, I'd be contacted when he was in. I declined to leave my number this time since I didn't get a call back last time, but did say I'd show up later that day. I show up in the evening after 5 and guess what! The piercer wasn't there, but I still decided to give the shop another try the following week. I called the shop again today ready to get my piercing and was told that the piercer would be in 5PM to close. I was stoked I'd finally be able to get my piercing this week! Well, I show up after 5 and once again, the piercer isn't there! The guy that helped me in the front apologized and asked if I wanted to leave my name and number. I told him I had already been there 3 times and had left my name and number and had never gotten a call back. Once again, he apologized for the inconvenience. I told him it was okay and that I'd find another shop to go to. I was really looking forward to trying this shop out after having it recommended to me by a couple of friends! 2 stars for the awesome guy in the front for being so nice and doing what he could to give me great customer service. read more

Got my front helix pierced by Mario. Had a great experience and Mario was super friendly and efficient and the pricing was much more reasonable then other shops I've been to. It was extremely painful, probably the most painful piercing I've gotten but that was to be expected, Mario put up with my cries haha. Will definitely return for my next piercing. read more
