I got these back surface piercings done on April 30, and since then I've had repeated issues with the same side of the piercing. During the original appointment, the piercer struggled to pierce in the same place as the reference holes, which caused the end result to be different than my anticipation. The piercer Liz, also struggled to secure one of the ends properly and the jewelry repeatedly slipped while being installed causing extreme pain after the needle and jewelry were already through. One side even sank into my skin during the appointment and had to be re-pierced immediately after. Within a day, one of the balls of the same side came off on its own and the piercing started sinking into my skin again, requiring me to return for corrective work and replacement jewelry. I was charged additional money despite the issue happening almost immediately after the piercing was done. Liz also placed the incorrect jewelry into my back during this follow up by her own genuine mistake, then attempted to have me pay for the incorrect jewelry and the correct one that should originally have been installed(these did end up having to be swapped out too=extra piercing trauma)... Since then, I've went back again, had the ball put back on two or three times and the same piercing has continued to come apart repeatedly, with the ball falling off multiple times even while I was simply showering and not even touching the area. At this point, the jewelry appears to be migrating diagonally under my skin and has become increasingly unstable despite really careful aftercare. I have 14 other piercings (15 including the right side of my back) 3 of them being surface bars and have NEVER experienced repeated jewelry failure like this before. Between the repeated corrective visits, additional costs, pain, and instability of the piercing, this has been an extremely frustrating experience, please for the love of anything run!! Owner/manager "Guppie" is also extremely rude and unwilling to offer further assistance despite consistent communication.. honestly there's better places to spend your money.. don't save that $50 bucks going with the cheaper place because I ended up spending that anyway. I ended up going to Brown Pride on Main and have been just fine for 3 weeks now!! read more

If you come here for a piercing, be prepared for an infected ear and lots of pain and suffering. This place lacks customer service and proper piercing procedures. It was a mistake to come here during this pandemic because all they did was rush us, and both my sister and I received horrible outcomes for our ear piercings. Thank God I was able to find another shop that was willing to put in the proper jewelry (even though I had to get it re-pierced for it to fit) so my ear can heal properly. This was the most HORRIBLE SERVICE/EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED from a tattoo shop. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Lesson learned! read more

Went in recently and got "LA" tattooed on my finger. During the healing processes I did what I was suppose to. Didn't expose it to sun, gently washed it (when necessary), and used the proper lotion. When my tattoo began to peel at least 75% of my tattoo came off. It now looks extremely patchy and old. read more

Terrible Service. I walked in wanting a tattoo on my arm and as I told the guy, he bombarded me with questions in a condescending tone and disrespectfully. I asked how much would it be to get this sentence on my arm and as I'm telling him the sentence he interrupts me saying "I don't know how do you not know the size and style", so I give him a length of my arm I want it at and he says "but you don't even know the font" and I was like can you help me with that and he says "I don't know how you want it how do you not know" in a really disrespectful tone. I got my septum pierced and...well, it came out crooked. The left side of the piercing was protruding outward. So, it looked slanted inward to my right. I would say this may have been a mishap and I just got unlucky, or the piercer may have just messed up and didn't speak up. Either way, I wouldn't recommend this shop for piercings. I think this is a decent price compared to most places where they charge $40 for EACH nipple. Nipple Piercings HURT so expect to scream lol The person who pierced us, was a little too quiet but professional enough to ask me if I was ready to go and if I needed more time for the next piercing. 10/10 could recommend and 10/10 would come back. read more
