Check in was easy and simple there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy it all went by so fast. Everyone working is so nice and positive, especially the owners you can really tell they CARE! I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! She seriously is so great, she gained a forever customer for sure. They were fairly busy but Jen still took her time to be patient with me and make conversation which I really appreciated considering how nervous I was. She was quick, careful and very gentle. Jennifer had to reschedule my original appointment and was gracious enough to squeeze me in at the end of her long work day. My appointment was at 7:30 pm and she was able to finish 2 hours later.
