They were fast and quick, now here's the cons: the lady who pierced me did have a clean needle but touched my tongue piercing without gloves and didn't clean the jewelry then did the piercing I didn't notice until after that she did that so I didn't mind. It's Monday, I have a HUGE pain tolerance trust me. The pain is nothing but what I did start to worry is my tongue was bleeding non stop and had clots. I ended up in the ER and they informed me that I had minor clots and it's a good thing I caught it in time. My tip of the tongue is now purple and bleeding. I went to get my industrial a month ago and I was super excited to get it done. I went in and I was taken care by a women named Vicky. She was pretty nice and was clear on aftercare instructions. BUT within the week my bar literally started ripping my bottom hole. The pain was pretty unbearable. When I decided to take it off, the bar left an indentation cause it was resting on the curvature of my ear. Later on learned that an industrial piercing shouldn't reshape your ear. Should sit naturally on your ear! I asked on here what could be done about it, and they just answered with another question. Edit: I went back today (two weeks after it was initially pierced) and got my belly button piercing fixed. There's only three piercers there, one female and two males. I don't know the name of the dude that pierced my belly the first time, but he didn't use a clamp, had me standing when he did it and pierced two large of a piece, but ***Pablo*** fixed it! He was attentive and made sure it was right! He used a clamp and gloves and made sure it was straight. If you go here for a piercing ask for PABLO. The person that initially pierced it didn't take responsibility, but Pablo fixed it despite knowing he didn't make the mess. Thank you for that because I'm satisfied, happy and oh so grateful. They messed up my friend and my piercing. Firstly, dude pierced it too thick, but we didn't know and thought it was swelling so we went back for a longer bar and a lady (not the person that pierced it) switched it. She looked for a longer bar and even that didn't fit. Instead of letting us know it wasn't normal she was like "Oh, I know!" and came back with a really long bar. I asked online if the thickness was right and was told it was "way too thick". I'm pissed because if you're going to do something like this to someone's body you should care to do it right. You guys really suck for this. Not cool. I was told by someone else to keep it in, but now I'll be buying longer bars and may possibly be limited in jewelry selections. Don't go here. Definitely never going to this place again!!! Save your money! You can get quality work for a few extra bucks, they pierced me with their hand and didn't give me any aftercare instructions at all. Would've gave it more stars if the guy that pierced me was in a better mood... Saturday I went in and got my venom tongue piercing done. I didn't even know I was done because the guy walked out and never came back in. The only reason we left was because my husband mentioned that it had been a while since the guy walked out. the next day I noticed it was really crooked. I ended going back on Monday to get it redone. The girl that had helped me Saturday mentioned to the guy that I went to get it re done and he immediately started complaining because he said he pierced it where it was marked. Which might have been true but as a someone who pierces shouldn't you check if it's straight before you send them off ? Please, do not go here. I came for a nostril piercing and the piercer used the wrong sized needle. My piercing has sunk into my skin and the L shaped bend on the jewelry has sunk into the inner skin of my nose causing it to be stuck inside of my nose. It is extremely painful. The first time was perfect , but then the ring came out , so I had to go there again to redo it which cost me another 25$. Horrible customer service! Walked in on Thursday and stood in line . As soon as the person in front of me was helped, the guy with bread just walked away and sat on the couch. He clearly saw us standing there waiting to be helped and he just didn't care. We stood there for 5 mins while he sat there talking with the young girl that works up front. Neither of them got up to help us. Secondly, I went in the switch my nipple piercings and the older lady with blonde hair was touching the piercings unsanitized. I thought to myself it shouldn't that bad , knowing the PIECER should know better. It's now day 1 with the new jewelry and it is painful. Worst than the actual piercing.. Bad customer service.. Wasn't as sanitary as other places & the people there are rude. Despite the fact that the piercing itself was painless (inverse vertical lip piercing) my piercing came out crooked. The lady in the front didn't even check my ID, & they were rushing thru the process. I should've listened to the negative reviews.. I stopped by to get my septum pierced here by the older lady with blonde hair. Despite the past review on her, I figured there's more good than bad reviews. The first red flag was after she had put the ring in, I barely realized she never even sterilized it, after she and the girl at front were both handling the jewelry. Me being dumb, disregarded it and thought "Oh, it can't be too bad". Then, she put Neosporin on it and told me I need to apply that 2x a day. It's been a few days of me doing exactly what she said and my piercing is beyond painful now. So today, I went to the doctors to see if what i was feeling was normal and what do you know.. My piercing is in fact infected and he said Neosporin is the LAST THING you should be applying to a piercing because it is not made for puncture wounds, does not let it breathe, and traps bacterial in the opening.. Go figure. Pay the extra $10 and go to an actual shop that knows what their doing. read more

I have gone to this shop once and I got a tattoo the same day. The price isnt too bad, alot better than other places I checked out and I was very happy with the end result. I've been coming here for years taken some of my friends to get pierced but in this past year I've been having problems with the older blonde lady I've taken 4 of my friends and she's messed up all of my friends piercing. Sorry to say this but she's probably not suppose To be piercing at this age specially if she's having bad eye vision I over heard her telling another customers about her blurry eye vision and back pain. When she pierced my friends rook in the ear she called out another girl to help her put the earring on I swear if it wasn't for her employee I would've sued her by now! i had my monroe piercing redone here about two years ago. i still have it and its clean and had no infections, they did it very quickly and everything was sanitized. I didnt get a second scar because the guy did it exactly where the piercing had been previously. i also had my bottom lip done, but took it off because it kept getting stuck on my tooth, but it heeled with no problem and it closed really fast.it did not leave a scar or bump which im happy of. read more
