We've now used Darrin's services 3 times in the past 6 years. On the first occasion, we had him re-key all exterior locks upon purchasing our new home. A couple years later, we had him back to replace a broken door handle/lock, and re-key it to the master. I called on a Thursday, and I was offered a next day or Saturday appointment to have a deadbolt installed. I scheduled for the following Monday, and Darrin was on time at 10am. He said he could adjust the current lock, or I could still add the deadbolt if I wanted. I opted to add the deadbolt for security, but when was the last time a company tried to save you money? They are never open, they don't return calls, and they don't often answer the phone. When they do answer the phone they will tell you they are closed, or on vacation, or taking the day off. Why have a storefront if it is always closed, and has inconsistent hours. read more

I had Darrin come out to my house to rekey it because we weren't sure who all had access to it during previous remodeling and short sale, etc. He helped us change some of the non matching locks to reduce the number of keys needed, told us where to wait until later to make changes save some money since we had to spend a lot on the down payment, and showed which locks were cheaper to rekey instead of replace (so I replaced that lock with a new one from a garage door company). All told, it was only $170 including parts, labor, service call, and taxes, and he showed up on time and had it all done quite fast. I'd gladly use him again and recommend him to friends also.
