From the moment I walked in, I was blown away by how welcoming and modern the space is. Suzette was super friendly and even assisted me while she was taking a call. It's so sleek and beautiful, and you immediately feel like you're in the best hands. I came in for Botox. The staff made me feel so comfortable and explained every step of the process. The Nurse Practitioner Kelsey (Inked NP) who administered the Botox was not only incredibly skilled but also made sure I understood exactly what was going to happen, which really eased my nerves. The procedure was quick, painless, and I can already see results within a few days! My skin is absolutely glowing! The results are beyond what I expected! My skin looks smoother, and my fine lines are almost gone. I feel like I have a refreshed, younger version of myself, but still completely natural - just the way I wanted it. Go see ISABELLA E. at the Sandy Springs location she did her magic and I saw great improvement! Now, as far as Botox, do NOT go to Vanessa at the Sandy Springs location! I had to see Vanessa THREE times back to back hoping she would fix what should have been done the first time! I let the 1st time slide, since I just met her, but after the 2nd and 3rd time, no excuses! And for her to charge me EVERY TIME! For something she should have done right the 1st time definitely the 2nd time! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! And then for her to turn to me the 3rd time expecting a tip! I was foolish to pay the second time and the third time. I was foolish to tip her twice! There was an older couple in the lobby waiting to see Vanessa as I was leaving her for the third time. Each time I've gotten Botox, it's always uneven, requires a 'fix' and the injectors seem to only have a couple of years experience which is quite obvious. While, the prices are attractive, my experience has pushed me to pay more at a Derm or surgeon practice. Maybe you should look into hiring more experienced professionals who have several years of experience under their belt.

Although this wasn't my first experience with Botox, I had a previous bad experience with filler. Becca took extra time and care to listen to my concerns and come up with a treatment plan that we both felt comfortable with. My results are natural and subtle but also very effective. I feel 10 years younger. I ended up doing a combination of Botox and filler and it made a huge difference without looking over-filled or pulled.
