The person I contacted at this salon ensured me that Marina could do it. She's a pro tech. Wow did she deliver. I've been getting acrylics the last few times but read that Russian manicures last longer. Sure, they cost a bit more but if they last longer it's a savings, right? Anyway, I showed up for my appointment and was warmly greeted by Lilly. The salon is lovely and very zen. Marina comes by and we consult, and she tells me that while they don't have a specific color for the design I wanted it would be ok, she can replicate it. It was a long process but that's because of the design I chose, no complaints there. My nails have never looked better, I've received so many compliments about them already. Marina was super gentle, incredibly friendly, very patient and her skills are exceptional. She even took pics and video of the completed design for her IG lol. Even tho it's a bit of a trek from my house, this will be my go to salon for nails. The high rating is legit and well deserved. Thanks so much for everything!

This place was BEYOND expectations for me, as it was my first introduction to International Drive. The interior reminded me of a really nice marbled Indian Temple, with BIG tubs for my feet ( see pics below). I have been getting manicures/pedicures since I was 18, so I know exactly the process of what I want, and this place was the most accommodating. I say this was the BEST pedicure I have ever had, because she went ABOVE and BEYOND at making my feet so fantastic, it was incredible. They were so shiny, I could have put a glass slipper on there. Don't want to jinx myself though, who wants dirty nails after midnight? The manicure was equally incredible, that in a blink of a millisecond I was ready to wash away my last chapter, and start a new one. A chapter that includes shiny happy feet/hands all thanks with the help from Magnolia's. Prices were also reasonable for DELUXE SERVICES. Overall- BEST pedicure/manicure EVER..and I mean EVER. The lady who had me used the electric buzzer for my cuticle work around my toenails and then proceeded to do it on top of all of my toenails, which should not make sense as they were healthy and clean and I was not getting acrylic or gel. For the massage portion was very weak and I totally understand keeping gloves on your fingers but they were a size too big for her so the plastic was rubbing around my leg a little bit more than her fingers were. It was just awkward and bad. They asked multiple times if I wanted to upgrade my pedicure but I always like to see what the basic is first and then go from there. I was not impressed. My friend got an upgraded one because she wanted the extra salt scrub or something, and the lady was okay but literally never cut one of her toenails so her her big toenails were two completely different sizes that was really noticeable if you looked down. I did not look at her toes until we were outside and I told her to turn around and go back in and fix it immediately and she said she would just do it at her normal pedicure place when she got home. She does not do confrontation. Overall it was not a huge deal because toenails can grow out and it will take a couple weeks for everything to go back to normal. So it was a minor disaster if you needed your toes done properly for that day. For us, just having a girls day meeting up halfway, it was not the end of the world. But I would not recommend it for anyone local.

Lori did my wife's massage and pedicure. Niki did my massage, which was great. Steve took over and did my manicure and pedicure. I couldn't be more unhappy. I originally requested square nails, but toward the end of the service, I was told he could not achieve the look I desired and that I would have to go for a more round look. He rounded me out and all of the nails look different. During my pedicure, I came in with an acrylic toe and asked him to remove it. He said it was fine, and just painted over it. The entire process of him doing my nails and toes was completely rushed and sloppy. The front desk refunded my nail service. But I wasted 2 hours getting my nails done and left unhappy, because I had plans I needed to make it to. He told me he normally doesn't do acrylic, but fills in when needed. They should not have him providing this service. These are the worst nails I've ever had done in a professional setting.
