I love this nail shop when I enter into the establishment I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm hello and my nail technician is always ready for me and she does an amazing job. The nail shop is always clean and they play nice music and everyone in there for the most part is very friendly. It seems family oriented. I went here with natural nails and asked for GelX nails. The lady sat me at a dirty desk, trimmed my nails without asking - down to the skin - with dirty clippers. She then overfilled the tips so the gel was all over my fingers and underneath. On one of the nails, there was a large air bubble and when I mentioned it to her, she chipped the excess tip and tried to rip the cured gel and tip off of the rest of my nail. I then got up and left. The next salon I went to, I had to soak the gel off for 40 minutes. While they were pleasant, I would not come back. read more

This is my second time coming to the nail lounge. I always make my appointments through Booksy. On this visit I booked with Jenny. If you're looking for fun hand drawn designs- she is your girl. She is so dedicated in making your nails looking beautiful. She was able to recreate a design I wanted. She also did a great gel pedicure. Atmosphere overall was great and workers were friendly. Establishment seemed clean and management was attentive to the customer's experience. The actual service, however, was among the worst pedicures I've had ever. The nail tech was aware he kept hitting the wet paint with his hand and painting on my skin but just kept going. When washing off the exfoliant, the tech took the spout halfway up my leg and completely soaked the chair and my upper legs. Also charged me an extra $5 for callus removal which in itself wasn't a big deal, I just didn't appreciate how they were sneaky about it. I didn't notice how bad the quality of the paint job was until I got home and was so disappointed - it looks horrendous. $28 for a pedicure isn't a bad price at all, but for horrible quality it is a total waste of money. I'm unsure of how other nail techs are or how manicure services are, but it's safe to say I will not be returning. read more

I went in and told the owner or the lady that directs who gets what that I wanted dip powder The lady that I got stuck with , which I don't know her name but if I ever go back I'm going to say do not place me with her 1st time she cut me 3 times didn't want to do the design I wanted complained and complained that I told her to do what she wanted even though I am the paying customer . 2nd time today I wanted a mint color to go with my Christmas decor She told me oh I can Fill this gap with this clear powder and then put the mint dip powder She said oh if I take off and redo dip powder it's going to take long and more expensive I said how much she said it would be $45 the way she wanted to do it . I said ok she the nail tech and last time I came in she tried to do the same thing but i told her I want what I got last time which they put the aluminum foil took it off and did dip powder but since it was such a bad job I was like maybe she knows this method better ! No she is just terrible and the mint looks decent as I cleaned it up myself because it literally looked like a 5 year old painted and did my nails . When hubby saw my hands he asked how much did they charge you for that $20 and when I told him $50 he said don't ever go back and just go to your lady around the corner and make the appointment. The employees are rude. The tech who did my nails completely rushed through my set and didn't care to have a conversation with me or ask for much of my input at all. He burnt my nails with the drill and then glued my nails on crooked and when asked to fix it immediately gave me an attitude. When it came time to do my French tip he used acetone and a brush to create the shape but did not go back and touch up the work so the acetone and white polish spread making my nails look so sloppy and he rushed to put clear top coat on even though they were clearly smudged and ruined.I ended up telling him to just remove the French tip design and put clear coat on the acrylic base Definitely would not recommend worst nail experience I've had to date. read more

I do my DIP nails with Tiffany here. The salon is nice and clean (it's new) and the staff is nice. Prices are pretty reasonable, and they do nails pretty quickly. Definitely recommend. I'd like to start by saying I had a great first experience with Thuy at this Salon. She did a great job on my first dip mail. But the second time here was completely different. Save your money and go to another salon in the area. I left this salon weirded out because my nail tech was on FaceTime the entire time talking about her adult weekend activities, which as a young 20's something I understand. I'm all about getting your work done and passing time, but when it means I have a poor service I'm upset. Not one hour after I left the salon the top coat of my Dip manicure was bubbled and peeling off. The tips had already smudged and was off. I attached a photo with time and day to show my issues. I had let them know my nails were in need of help and they told me to come in the next day. My "fix" is just as messy, unprofessional and embarrassing as the first. Leena again was the one to fix them and again, was on FaceTime. My nails are so filled down that they hurt and she tried to break off the nail that had already been chipped off. My nails are going to need to breath after I take off this set. They are paper thin due to filing and as you can see from the photos, this is a pathetic excuse of a job. I'm not picky at all and do NOT like to complain over small things. But I will warn of the services here, if you like sloppy then okay. But I expect at least a clean job. read more

I'm pretty disappointed knowing my best friend treated both myself and her to a mani & pedi set earlier this week just a day before Christmas Eve, which she easily spent over $100 not even including the tip. I've gone here in the past (at least several times) since I've moved in the area and enjoyed my service but thought many times it was over priced with no complimentary drinks like most salons provide. However, as of recent I'am convinced they certainly care more for their money then they do quality service where it is due. I got a gel manicure and by the third day my nails where chipping, to the point where if I wanted to I could peel the whole polish off my nail but I tried to preserve as much of the polish as I could since I just got them done two days before, and yes I did not call toll Saturday of this week as life is busy especially around the holidays. So I call and seem to meet a quick resolution after explaining and being asked what the techs name was (I did not know) I was told to come by around 2-3pm and they would fix them for me free of charge as I already expressed after having my friend pay $100 I certainly did not see why I had to pay for service they messed up on. It turns out I could not make it due to a family issue on Saturday. So before making a trip to the salon today I call because I did not want to have any issues. I had to re explain my concerns etc for the woman over the phone to say well it's been over a week only for her to finally remember we spoke just the day before, as I could tell there was some uncertainty in her voice I kindly asked to speak to the manager because I wanted confirmation that I could come to get my nails fixed free of charge. I was not looking to be "pampered" again. Just fix my now ruined nails. The manager said their policy is they cannot do anything for free as he also acknowledge it would jus the fixing my nails but he could come to a resolution of 50% off I asked so what is the final price of that he said between $10-12 ok.. so as I thought this is going to be treated like a full service where I have to tip again. My phone died mid call, and honestly I'm glad it did because I have never been to a salon that wouldn't fix their damage for free as well as I've never been to a salon where my GEL manicure only lasts 3 days when typically a gel manicure lasts 2-4 weeks at MOST. I no longer plan on coming here as I'd rather invest in my nails at a salon that's wort *little side note for the triggered person who clearly has way to much time on their hands to comment on someone else's experience, maybe you should take some time pampering yourself at a real salon instead of sifting through reviews at one location that has NOTHING to do with you.. lol my experience is my own hence where I said I wasn't looking to get pampered. I'd suggest coming with factual evidence before you sound like an idiot with our own personal vendetta against a stranger, nice to see your ugly character tho practice kindness it might do you some good* read more

The place looked nice and clean but when i got my nails done, it hurt. She was really sassy when i told her she forgot the sides or the cuticles, she answered me saying she knew what she was doing. She messed up the pointer finger on my left hand. She didn't know how to properly seal dip powder. Less than two hours my nails started peeling the sealant top coat. She was rough with my hands and my nails. Also, the rest of my nails are so lumpy. Not a great first experience. Won't be coming back. Not worth the price. read more

I've been here twice for pedicures and both times were a bit lacking. The normal (not gel) polish selection isn't particularly great. I got the deluxe pedicure but they still didn't spend much time massaging the legs, which is totally the best part for me. The most recent visit, she didn't push my cuticles down evenly so the polish line is also uneven.
