I wanted to go to the nail salon I usually do for pedicures, but time wouldn't allow me. I stumbled on the salon when running errands and I figured I'd give them a chance. I was pleasantly surprised ! the first thing I noticed was that it felt so warm, and it looked so clean. I was welcomed, and I opted to test them out by choosing the middle option on the menu--So not the basic pedicure but not the most expensive. As I said I was warm. And I loved it--it was so cold outside and I felt so at ease. I was the only one in there and I couldn't believe why. She started to trim my cuticles, and did an incredible job! The middle service had a few items on the menu that weren't on the low service, but I could not tell the difference. It was basically like the basic pedicure so I would've not opted for the middle one. Also, usually when you upgrade, you get a massage and she really just put lotion on my legs. She never touched my heels, and I thought that was funny too! Lol My heels did not get lotion or even that buffer. As if she were afraid to touch them or something(?). ~~My thing with pedicures is, it's about the feet so I don't need lotion on my knees, but I do need lotion on my toes, you know? ~~ Anyway, other than the missing massage and the extra services I thought I was getting by upgrading everything else was great! Including the polish, which she was so meticulous on! (I wish I could show you them! ) I advise you to try them out basic pedicure or the top upgrade. You can skip over the middle one. Went with my best friend for pedicures. The inside is bright and clean. The message and pedicure process was relaxing. The polish was put on WAY too thick on one single toe. It was not drying and it was a putty texture - I asked for it to be fixed and she just put another layer over it... I won't be coming back. read more

I really feel bad writing this review as the place was clean, and so friendly. This is not about the service or the way I was treated but about the quality of work. I went thru reading reviews and I find it fishy that the 33 reviews that are not recommended are very similar to the issue I'm having. I dropped $150 in one trip...pedicure and manicure w/ dip nails. I have been getting my nails dipped for years and never have I ever had my dip color crack in the first week!!! Back story...made meatballs for the family, while washing my hands and cleaning under my nails with a soft nail brush my polish starts cracking off! Pic included...that was on day 5. By the one week mark...I could see my nails were severely damaged (over kill with the nail dremel perhaps?) my nails look horrible! I expect more at that price point! I really feel ripped off by this place. Ruby was great, she was sweet and I really looked forward to going back until I saw her work did not hold up. I've included pics with captions for reference. My service was done 10/31/23 $50 for dip +$10 for manicure $70 for pedicure...$20 tip = a lot of wasted money!!! Oh and my cuticles are still healing from the 3 cuts I received on my feet. read more

I don't like their service. I only went there because it's the nearest nail spa to my house, but I noticed they rushed the service since more people were coming in. The staff were nice, but the way they cut and filed my nails was uneven. The color of the gel polish wasn't even the same as what I chose. The prices weren't worth it. Also those tools need to be atleast sterilised before using. read more

I had an appointment on a Monday. I arrived on time and mentioned that I had an appointment, they looked at their book and i saw that I was the only appointment for the day. There were other customers. They showed me where to sit, and put another customer next to me. One manicurist sat down after giving both of us a towel and offered both of us water or tea. Then the manicurist began working on the other woman's nails. I waited for few minutes. Nothing was said to me, but the manicurist and the other customer were talking. After about 10 minutes, I just got up and left. This has never happened to me at any salon before. As I walked out the door, I said goodbye, no one answered. Definitely give this nail spa a shot!! I called here to make an appointment for two pedicures, called back and asked for three, and they told me they could do one consecutively. First off, appreciated the honesty! My two friends and I were on time, and we were greeted really nicely by the techs! I showed my tech the initial design I wanted, and she said she could do it, but it would have potential to chip easily. Again, I appreciated the honesty! Showed her a different design, and she executed it very beautifully. I have gotten so many compliments on them. My friends were still getting pedicures afterwards, and they let me sit in the massage chairs after this one had been sanitized, and let me know that they sanitize all the chairs again before the end of the night. A+ for cleanliness!! Everything here was organized. The massage chairs were wonderful by the way. And the techs were so so sweet! I am definitely coming back here.
