I have come here off and on over the past 10+ years for both manicures and pedicures. I come much less frequently now as I do my own gel polish on my hands most of the time. That said, the last two times prior to today weren't great so I've been going elsewhere. Today I was in a rush and this is my closest nail salon. When I arrived around 11:30 I was told they had time for a walk in pedicure. I waited about 10 minutes and a nail tech started my work. I paid for their mid range service that would include a salt scrub and massage, $40. She used cold water in the bowl, not a great start. My nails were fairly short already so only a few needed trimming, but none of them were shaped or filed as you can see in the pictures. She didn't trim any of my cuticles back at all, until she realized I had enough cuticle on one of my big toes she had to remove the first layers of paint, go back to trim it, and repaint. I received no massage at all, the salt scrub was only up to about 6" above my ankles and barely wiped over my skin. The polish is all over the skin on the sides of my nails and since she didn't push back or trim my cuticles except the one big toe, I don't expect the polish will last more than a few days. I'm officially giving up on Classy Nail, it's not nearly the quality of care it was back when I used to go every few weeks. I will make better choices, plan ahead and drive a little further for far better service. read more

They are efficient and always do a great job on my nails. I've also started getting my wax here which is super convenient and quick. The owners are good people and have given back to the community in numerous ways via donations for fundraisers for the local schools and events. Everything about this place made me happy :') I had just had a terrible terrible experience before finding this place (avoid some lady named Claudia that does nails in her backyard) and I'm so so thankful to have found this salon. I got a basic mani pedi with gel/shellac polish for French tip. My entire visit from beginning to end was lovely. They were so kind and friendly, they happily did everything how I asked on my nails, the ambiance was relaxing, the chair and massage features were comfy and worked lol My nails and my cuticles, dry skin etc., were so well taken care of (believe me I'm saying this for a reason!). I have gone on and off to this place, over the years. I FINALLY Decided THEY ARE MY PLACE. I went in, (I made an appt. they took me immediately. After being away and also having been really sick for the past 2 weeks. (Food poisoning) The owner recognized me, noted I had been gone and could tell I had lost lots of weight. The husband brought me tea, they checked on me, asked if I wanted more tea or water, after a time had passed. The techs were caring and amazing. I requested a gel nail fill as my regular gal is not available right now. I was very nervous to come to another place but my friends nails always look stunning so I thought I'd give them a try. I was desperate. Well I watched the pedicure gal work and she was good! So after Kim started with my hands I inquired about a pedicure and she said, oh, you want a pedicure? Next thing you know I'm in a massage chair getting my feet soaked and Kim is still doing my hands! I even got a shoulder massage! It was heavenly! All this done in under 50 minutes! I'm so bummed to have to write this review. The staff here is so friendly and work super hard, however the nail service quality is subpar and I always feel like the service is rushed. I routinely get shellac/gel manicure. These are suppose to last 2-3 weeks and mine typically chip within a week. I have a very busy schedule and don't have capacity to come weekly to get my nails done or have them fixed constantly, therefore when I invest extra in gel, I expect them to last longer. I unfortunately usually end of peeling the polish off and my nails are damaged. Today I came in to try and get them fixed after they started chipping only 8 days of having them done. The male owner said they were busy and I had to come back. When I told him that I couldn't come later bc I have to pick up my toddler and asked if I could just have the polish removed to protect my nail health, they said they were too busy and couldn't help. Unfortunately I'll be ending my support for this business given poor quality of service. I hope they learn that taking their time on their customers and working on their quality of service out weighs the number of people they can quickly squeeze in for a half ass manicure/pedicure. read more

It's easy to tell because they got elderly cheap regulars who don't tip and that puts everybody in a sour ass vibe and that's what you walk into. They did a ok job on my gel nails. I usually go for a shellac manicure and always satisfied with the results. I tell them what colors I want and from my experience the service is quick and clean. Deserves NO STAR! First and last visit. Horrible experience for a first time customer. Not because my mom is senior and disabled, you should provide her with VERY POOR service. She is still a paying customer. We're not expecting a special treatment but she deserved a quality of service with how much we paid for it. Also, the vietnamese lady that assisted my mom was VERY RUDE. She was just pulling my mom's legs to the direction she wants to position each one. I don't know if she speaks English or not, but could have politely provided instructions in a way we could understand. And she started chatting with the other lady worker in their language which is pretty obvious that she was talking about us by watching her body language and by looking at her eyes. Such a PREJUDICE! I'm so glad I tried this salon! It was easy to make an appointment on the phone, and I was able to get in quickly. When I went in, staff was friendly and professional. I did the dip powder instead of the traditional acrylic, which meant no missed paint spots, since the pigment is infused in to the powder. Ok this is hands down the very best shellac manicure I have ever had. My friend comes here on a regular basis and even though we were running around in Everett she was insistent that we head down to Classy. She was so right. This place is great. I got a mani and pedi and both were perfect. I was especially impressed with the shellac mani since there are so many layers and so often I have ended up with thick or lumpy polish. She really took her time and painted thin, beautiful layers and shaped my nails just right. The salon was very clean. Liners were used for the pedicure spas which always impresses me and makes me feel more comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. read more
