We have been coming to T Zen for over a year, every single month my cousin and I come in for pedicures together. Now, I will NEVER recommend or return to this place ever again. I had made an appointment yesterday for 4:30pm today because my cousins and I to take our mothers there. Everyone was very excited and planned our day around this. We usually enjoy our nails and experience for the most part. However, today I called at 3pm to ask to push our appointment back to 5pm because I was driving up from Issaquah and knew there was a chance we would be late. The lady who picked up the phone assured me it was no problem and we still had our reservation. I was driving over an hour in traffic when my cousin got a call at 4:59pm MIND YOU saying that we weren't there at 5pm, so they cancelled our appointment and took someone else. It wasn't even our appointment time yet! Most nail salons have a grace period of at least 10 minutes, nonetheless a few minutes. My cousin told them we were almost there literally only 2 minutes at the stop light. The lady on the phone said "too late, we already took someone else. Can you come tomorrow?" What is the point of making a reservation if they're just going to take walk ins anyways and not honor it? The majority of the time that we come with reservations, they still run 10-20+ minutes behind and we wait with no complaints. To be treated this way as loyal customers is appalling. This business has absolutely no respect for other people's time nor do they value their customers, so don't bother here. read more

The service was good and the staff was friendly. However, I personally felt the prices were on the higher side for what was offered. You can find similar quality services at more affordable prices elsewhere. Overall, a good experience, but I don't think the pricing offers the best value. read more

Today was my last visit to T Zen Nail Spa. Today was the final straw. I have been going for years, ever since they opened and their service and work has steadily gotten worse and worse, while prices have increased. I paid for a Deluxe Pedicure and what I received was below subpar at best. Nails were no properly cut or shaped. No nail hygiene to speak of, no cuticle care, no scrubbing of dead skin on the bottom of the feet. The leg mask that is apart of the Deluxe package was never put on and when I asked out it, the package was quickly hidden away. The paint on the nails is very sloppy and all over the skin of my toes. I feel very much taken advantage of and an angry about the the money I spend for this below subpar service. I can no longer recommend T Zen Nails. read more

Went in for the first time to get a manicure and pedicure they scheduled me at six. I would never do a last-minute appointment as I felt rushed, and I did not get everything that I had asked for and felt rushed to even get my paint. Dried would not recommend and would not go again. It's like why even have me come in at six just to rush me out of there by seven. I got a deluxe pedicure, but I did not get everything I asked for and it was just rushed everything. The massage and just didn't feel like a deluxe pedicure . My manicure was horribly done and the paint job was horrible. I've been here several times, but this will be my last visit! I arrived at 6:25 PM and asked if they were still accepting walk-ins. The staff member said, "Okay, we still have 30 minutes." When I asked the nail technician to remove my big toenails, the front desk lady said, "Next time, I won't accept you because that takes too long." During the appointment, the technician didn't ask if I wanted my nails cut; she just went ahead and cut them, which resulted in my big toenail bleeding. Everything is rushed and it took only 10mins to finish everything!! Horrible service and rude customer service!! read more

This salon is updated, clean and has the best pedicure chairs I've ever sat in. I called at 1pm and made a pedicure appointment for 1:15pm on a Monday. I was greeted at the front by a receptionist and provided with pedicure options. I chose the deluxe pedicure with lavender (there were about 6 other scents like tropical, green tea, etc). The salon is large, and there were only a couple other customers, so the nail salon fumes were minimal. The nail tech was friendly and polite. She offered a drink before starting. I had brought a kindle and was able to simply read while having a relaxing pedicure with chair massage. The massage chairs seemed new, and the controls worked well and there were more options than other nail salons I've visited. And there were about 16 pedicure chairs. read more

UPDATE: Within six days of getting gel put on my nails, they started chipping. Nine days in they looked a mess and by day ten they had peeled off in single sheets. I feel like gel polish should last longer than that. There is no shortage of nail salons in the area, but every time I went to one, something was off. I was happy to discover this new place that opened near Highway 99 in Lynnwood. As soon as I walked in I was calmed by the amazing scent that hung in the air; soft and flowery, I felt an immediate sense of calm. I was greeted by a lovely woman who couldn't have been more kind and helpful. She helped me pick a salon service that would fit my needs. The decor is clean, calm and has a touch of elegance. The pedicure chairs are so comfortable and cushiony. The massage options on the chairs are fantastic. I decided to get an upgrade on my pedi and go all out. Right now, through the 17th of November they are offering 30% off services so I took advantage of that. The luxury pedicure included an amazing array of powders, scrubs and soaks. In addition, there were paraffin wax booties on my feet. Divine!! The scents alone were enough to soothe me. Sam did my mani/pedi and he took great care with every step. I have never wanted to fall asleep from a mani/pedi before but I could barely keep my eyes open here. For my manicure I moved to a different station and had gel polish put on my natural nails. Again, Sam took his time and gave me a hand massage. I am glad they didn't do my manicure while doing my pedicure, for me that is so uncomfortable and puts a damper on the relaxing vibe. I am home now and the scent from all the lotions and potions still linger on me. I am so relaxed and feel so pampered. I highly recommend giving this salon a try. Oh my goodness...I don't even know where to start...these ladies saved my nails and feet. I do a lot of weight training so my hands are super dry from using liquid chalk. My feet are also dry from just negligence. I started off with a deluxe pedicure and a gel french tip. They had a variety of lotions, Epsom salts, and exfoliants, in different scents to choose from. I decided to go for the orange, it just seemed like it was the most popular. The whole treatment was sooo relaxing. My feet came out smooth and the french tips looked so clean. After that, I did a french tip manicure. Tbh I am not knowledgeable about nails so I had a lot of questions about which type of procedure I should do. The nail tech, Tina, was really helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She literally answered all of my questions. She suggested that I did a gel fill manicure so that I can just keep coming back to fill it. I must say, I was sooooo suprised with the finishing results. I never thought my nails would ever look this good! It feels so natural, and my hands look so clean. My 7 year old daughter also got a manicure and pedicure as well.
