I had to book my appointment 2 weeks in advance, as they said they were all booked up. I expected the place to be super busy. The truth is, they have only 2 or 3 nail technicians, so appointments are hard to get. Even with booking my appointment 2 weeks in advance, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time (and I got there early) to start my manicure, because the technician was doing someone else's nails and gossiping, taking breaks to check her cell phone, taking phone calls etc. while "finishing up" this person's nails. She was the only one working, aside from the person who takes appointments at the front desk. Once my manicure started, the gel didn't start close to the nail bed, and the technician continued to take phone calls, stop to text, etc. This made my appointment take FOREVER! I definitely won't be going back to 94 West Salon for my 2nd manicure.
