Bottom line, these people are scammers and charging based on how you were dressed up and how big the rock on your finger is. Not to mention she kept talking under her breath, most likely bad-mouthing her. The manager needs to reassess his/her staff because some don't feel like they want to be here. I understand that you have to be friendly to the staff and vice versa, there is a breaking point, and the lady had accomplished just that. If you decide to go here, I wouldn't recommend going to the staff member who has really short hair, similar to what Halle Berry had at one point (short on the sides and like an updo) Although from looking at the other reviews and seeing no response from the establishment pretty much sums up what type of business this is. When looking at the reviews, don't disregard those of us who rated it low. I'd be wary of those who rate it 4& higher, especially with such a low ratio of feedback. Also, the pandemic is no excuse to be rude to customers; that's how you lose clientele. However, it seems to me that this establishment needs a major rework on proper etiquette.

My services were so rushed that my nail technician who typically does an amazing above and beyond job left rough sharp edges and my gel dried thicker in some places vs others on my finger nails. It was so not like her but she was 30 min late for my appt and then had someone else after me even tho it was late in the evening so she was rushing to get me done and she didn't achieve her typical perfection. The woman who did my pedicure had no experience or was so done with working at the end of the day she was sanding off my toes and the skin on my toes off with the metal drill bit. This was the worst pedicure I ever had for $63. I did say that the drill needed to be slowed she didn't understand and finally when the owner walked by I explained this wasn't working because I was getting hurt. The tech changed the drill bit for a few minutes and shortly after went back to the metal one. She didn't cut the cuticles or clean out the sides which is what was my typical experience was here. I had so much anxiety that I was going to lose a toe in the process this ruined the self care aspect. I think I'll give the gel manicure another chance but I'm done with getting bloody pedicures here. I'm actual really annoyed and feel taken advantage of.
