The woman Ingrid here is the reason I will not go back. She is SO rude, literally did a manicure where my polish was so far from my cuticles on some fingers that I had to get it redone by someone else the same visit. Anytime I would ask her to be more gentle (she was literally causing me cuts to my cuticles while roughing up my hands), she would IGNORE me. On top of that, she explained to me the point time she did deign to speak to me that LED lights don't damage your hands. I wanted to let her know that both LED and UV emit harmful rays, but I honestly did not want to engage with her any further because she was so rude, it made me uncomfortable. This was the second visit I had her and I urge no one to come here unless she no longer works here. read more

I am not from the area and happened to stumble onto this salon on a Wednesday evening. I walked in and every worker was so pleasant. I didn't have much time and they were very cognizant of that during my appointment. I got a regular manicure and a regular pedicure and they made sure that I was within my timeframe, but also did not make me feel rushed, and they paid attention to detail. Their prices are very fair. after being a loyal customer I was treated VERY POORLY by the owner who was very rude .. I didn't expect to treated so poorly in a place I had gladly supported and told family and friends about . when there is issue with a customer in regards to poor product or service I would hope it would of been rectified instead I was met with extra charges to be incurred on what should of been FIXED correctly the first 3x I went .. I like this place a lot, they're clean and efficient and their spa pedicures are great. The owners are really nice but I recommend calling to make a reservation or seeing if there is availability, as they get busy fast but they don't try to rush your experience which I love. read more

I came in for a mani pedi. The women who did my nails did a great job. I got regular polish and three days later my nails still look perfect when usually they're already peeling off. The women working there were very nice. It seemed like they genuinely liked working there and that they had a good relationship with the woman who appeared to be in charge. This is my go to nail place! It's very clean and the employees are super nice. Definitely call for an appointment because they can get busy! Every time I go I get a hard gel fill in manicure and a regular pedicure and I always leave there feeling good! There was one time when I had a manicurist who i've never had and never seen there before and when she was done, my nails weren't exactly what i wanted. I called that evening and talked to the owner (Kathy) and she told me to come in the next day. I went in and a different manicurist redid my nails for free. They are super accommodating and want to make sure you love the results! Today was my first visit to this place and I love them. Everyone was very friendly and Nicole, who did my pedicure, was perfect. Normally, when I get a pedicure the person who massages my legs, toes and back hurts me but Nicole was gentle and my nails came out great! I didn't have an appointment so I had to wait and although they were very busy I didn't feel like they rushed through my pedicure.
