I had such a wonderful time and experience at this lovely, little shop today! It was my first time back in years since I live out of town now and it's just as nice as I remember it to be. I stopped by this afternoon before running some errands with my dad and I had no idea that he's a regular here with my mom and the rest of my family. I enjoyed their warm welcomes and hospitality, it felt like everyone here is just one big family and it was nice to be included in that. We both got the basic pedicures by Linda and Nancy. Went to get a manicure and eyebrow wax for the Labor Day holiday and before starting a new job. Staff was friendly but my Gel manicure chipped three days later and one week later I now have two chipped nails. I asked for red the tech recommended this pink glitter shade she said if it chips you won't be able to to tell haha Well it's not haha because they chipped and look terrible three days later. My eyebrow wax I told her don't take a lot just clean them up. They are now uneven she took to much out of the middle when I told her she said my eyes were uneven and to go get Botox!!!!! I had to start a new job looking like a straight up clown! They made me pay in cash so I can't dispute the charges. Nail tech took 1.5 hours to do a gel manicure that chipped!!! Waste of time and money!!!! read more

Malena and her staff are friendly & attentive, and the shop is clean and inviting. She's invested in education & keeping up with the latest technologies & products. It was my friends' and my first time coming here, and we needed to get our toes done ASAP for a trip the next day--there were four of us. We were told only one person specialized in toe acrylics, but she was with another client and since it was July 4th and they were closing early at 3 PM, the wait would be long. Some of us adjusted what we wanted to help with timing, but since it was my first time getting acrylics on my toes, I decided to wait. A different technician helped me, but unfortunately, I wasn't happy with how my set turned out--it was too thick for my liking. Thankfully, the owner and her sister noticed I was unhappy and stepped in right away to redo my set. They really cared about making sure I left satisfied. They also offered drinks and snacks, and the entire staff was super friendly and welcoming.
