Please don't come here for a pedicure!!! Jennifer the owner is great but the rest of the staff are AWFUL. the older male there DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HES DOING. My friend and I wanted acrylic on our big toes for our pedicure. The man cut up my toes so bad with the drill. I don't even know how many times I said ouch! Then he sprayed alcohol on all my toes/cuts! It was THE MOST PAINFUL PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD. I was stressing and sweating and cringing the whole time. My friend did not have a good experience either. The young lady there must be right out of school. She didn't know how to do acrylic. She also was painting the gel polish up and down and then side to side. Who does that??!! Both of your toes look awful and we will never be going back. I myself walked out so mad and told them I would not be paying. I now have to heal my toes before I can get them redone. Left me sitting sideways for over a half hour till I said can I get water in here, and the worker was very mad and said you need to hold on wellive already been holding on then when she finally started she broke my acrylic nail on my toe while I seen her do it. She tells me it's old I said no a week ago I got it done I seen you break it, well she calls the manager and I told her what she did I said this is ridiculous, she then told her to fix it. I've been to this nail salon many times over the years but there honestly isn't any nail salon in the Turlock area where I've been 100% satisfied. Everyone now charges for a hand massage which used to be free. This place has had so much over turn over the years with change if owners and staff. This time around I had, who I think was the manager, do my nails. I went in for a fill and she told me to pick a color, thinking it was regular nail polish, which I prefer. She was was so unsocial and looked so unhappy to be doing my manicure. She started to make comments about how my nails looked like they had been filed and asked me if I had filed them staring at my nails and looking at me like I was ignorant. I didn't want to get into it so I just let her do her work as I stared her down. It ended up being that the nail polish was gel polish, which she put three coats of it on my nails, making them look like she just slapped a bunch of glue on them. Again, I said nothing. When they dried, all my fingers had glue all over them. I had to literally break off the residue with my nails. I said nothing because I've been waiting to write a review on this place again, which I finally now have. I'm very disappointed but so happy that Yelp exists to write about places these and put them on the spot. For businesses like these, you better bet that I'll be talking about you. If you want your business to thrive you need to show respect to all clients and do your job right. This is not how I wanted my nails to end up. Omg. This place is quite possibly the WORST nail salon I've ever been to in my life. Go ahead and read my yelp page I've been to tons of nail places. Service: awful. I came in same time as another patron and they had me place my fingers in the smallest dish of pure acetone to remove my shellac nails. I sat in this for like 30 minutes. Needless to say my nail beds will he dried for the rest of my life. Second, the girl doing my nails is on her personal cell phone. Hello? I'm paying for you to have your full attention on me. If you weren't busy on your phone then you'd see the massive air bubble and uneven nails I just walked out with. Nail color: pretty average shellac selection. Regular nails had more colors. Design: I asked for simple white polka dots on both ring fingers. Easy enough, right? Yep. She did them except their all raised and not flat and have peaks in them. Like I don't need to walk around with mini mountains on my finger wait til those start getting caught in things. Price: charged me for a manicure shellac... but this was untrue. I literally sat in acetone solution, she painfully scrubbed off my past manicure, painted them with shellac nail polish, I sat in an untimed uv-light machine for at least 20 minutes and then she slapped on some cuticle oil at the end. oh wait she "trimmed" my nails. I put this in quotes because each finger is of different length and shape. Basically I need to go do them again somewhere else. Nails: I mean their horrendous. See picture! I have 2 major air bubbles on my thumbs. She never filed my nails to make them smooth. She never removed cuticles so theirs shellac polish on top of my cuticles. It literally looks like my 5 year old cousin went to town with nail polish. The polka dots are pretty but it's a poor execution. Their all raised and uneven and again on my cuticles. In addition, my full nail isn't even painted. The sides, tops are all left un-painted. I have paint all over the sides of some fingers like on the skin. I mean, is this real life? For someone who has been to nail salons all over, they really should just shut down. They have 2 people working. I didn't even see any licenses hung up anywhere, they kept complaining the whole time with how busy they were on Mother's day. Incredibly unprofessional. The ONLY reason I came here was cause they were open on a monday. I would have rather just have waited and gone to the other salons just down the street like amazing and Queens. I will have to go to amazing tomorrow to fix this monstrosity. I hope no one sees me from now until tomorrow. Be advised- a 5 year old paints better nails. read more

First I wanted acrylic powered but she automatically started for gel nails then just threw the gel colors down near me. Came to get my nails done here as I waited to get some unexpected service done on my vehicle over at American Tire (next door). When I arrived I was told there would be a 30 min wait which was fine, however wait was an hour. As I waited a lady came in and said she had an appointment at 4:30. I thought to myself "man I'm going to be waiting another 30 min I should go" but at about 4:35 I was told to go to station 7, very embarrassed I preceded to walk there because the lady with the appointment was still waiting. Nonetheless I sat down and the man in front of me began to put on some gloves, once he got them on he threw the box on the floor and kicked it towards his station i.e the station I was sitting at. I was feeling anxious at this point. He seemed to be in a hurry, since he quite literally acted as to push my cuticle back but the instrument did not touch my nail. He ended up cutting too much skin on some of my fingers to the point of bleeding.. I think it was due to how fast he was going. My total was $40. All I can say is... stay away and find some other place because by far this is the worst experience I had and they clearly don't keep there appointments to schedule. Why is it so difficult to find a nail salon in this town that will do quality work. When I get a pedi I'm more interested in the massage portion - this place polishes your toes then tries to give U a massage with wet polish- it just doesn't work ! Had a mani with gel polish the polish lasted 1 week, I'll give a place 2 tries before I move on. Went in today to have a polish change. Mentioned to the manager that I just had my nails done last week and the polish didn't last - she just looked at me and said 20 min wait! I waited looking back I should have just left. This was our first time here and I would not recommend this nail salon at all. We understand that we went during a busy day, Sunday, but we have a funeral to attend to on Wednesday and this was our only free day to get our nails done. I told my manicurist to cut the short, unfortunately I was responding to texts about the funeral and didn't notice she chopped all my nails to the nub. She wasn't careful about applying the gel coats and my cuticles around the nail still have gel on them the next day. They were tying to rush us out. When I mentioned the gel she got the nail file and was filing my cuticle. I honestly, have never had such horrible service. My nails actually hurt, which is a first for me. My moms nails look worse, from the color and it looks like an actual 2 year old did them. I complained and they didn't care. We paid for the horrible service but will not be returning again. I came here yesterday for the 2nd time because I had a good experience the 1st time. Well I won't be going back again. I was called back right away, which was great. The male who was doing my nails didn't give the care and attention that is usually given while cleaning and trimming toenails. He rushed through the trim, put some lotion on my legs, did a little massage. Then a female came over to put on the color and rushed through that. She didn't even take the time to clean up the color that got on my skin. She immediately put on my sandals and moved me to the fan. That entire process took 20 minutes! I've been getting pedicures for a long time and they've always been over 30 min. They had other customers getting pedicures too and I just feel like they were rushing through each one to make money. They are brutal, I assumed they would remove them by soaking my nails in some acetone but instead, they removed them in by pieces with a nail flipper. When she was filing them she was filing so much it burned. I had to tell her to stop at least 3 Times. She got super close to my skin and I had to pull away before she made me bleed. Honestly, avoid this place at all costs. I've been there multiple times, with appointments and still end up waiting for 30mins to an hour to be seen. They over book and even with appointments they take on more people cause of greed and not wanting to let anyone go. My latest and last visit ever, I made an appointment for 12pm. I even called before 12 to confirm I wouldn't have to wait when I came in. I was told no more than 5 mins. Ended up waiting 35mins only for the nail tech to rush my full set and leave me with a botched set. All nails are a different shape, different length and the polish isn't even applied cleanly. I had class for my kids so I didn't have time for corrections and then the audacity of the nail tech to look at the set and act like they looked great. This place is super unprofessional, everything is full of dust. And the employees all rush each job so they can get more customers in. And they make sure to not spare a single dollar regardless of the lack of attention and detail they pay. read more
