Overall, it was a so so experience…read more The front desk person was extremely nice and told me to give me my insurance card to see if chiro was covered my insurance and if I could come later for more massages through insurance (I wasn't eligible). Afterwards, I got my massage, and while the massage was good, I asked him to focus on my neck and lower back and he basically did not do those areas at all. He focused on my chest, arms, and legs. Why? He also kept telling me to relax my body and let it go, which I thought I was doing, but at some points he was yelling at me which only made me more tense. Sorry, I'm just not a person who knows how to relax, which is why I came in for a massage. Additionally, the groupon was a one hour massage, and I was in and out in 45 minutes, including the time it took for me to wait to go in, talk to the front desk person, take my clothes off, put my clothes back on, and talk to the chiropractor. Overall, I feel like the groupon was not worth it at all. They get an additional star for the receptionist's personality and kindness, but overall, a pretty bad experience here. Would not recommend.

The remainder of your 30-minute visit will be someone watching you do exercises. The "doctor" diagnosed me with some chiropractic nonsense and proceeded to give me adjustments for several visits. Once diagnosed by an actual real doctor, my diagnosis was herniated discs and those adjustments were only making my situation worse. They have someone on staff full-time whose job it is to look into how much they can charge your insurance company so they can charge you the maximum. For my initial 45-minute visit they charged my insurance company $800. Do yourself a favor: see a real doctor in an actual medical office.
