I was told on 5 separate…read moreoccasions that my insurance pre authorized the procedures and I wouldn't need to make any payments. 15 minutes before my last procedure, the front office lady called and canceled my appointment, said insurance denied everything, now I owe thousands of dollars and they will not complete the plan of care until it's paid in full. I spoke to Dr. S about this and he said he would send in a letter of medical necessity and proceed with the plan of care. Despite the Dr telling me directly to make the appointment, the front office lady refused. I called my insurance and they said they never received anything from the drs office. When I called this office to ask for the billing department, they hung up on me and when I called back they sent me to voicemail. When I kept calling, they said there is not a phone number to reach billing. What kind of doctors office doesn't allow patients to contact the billing department? Lawyers are involved. I complete the tests on a Friday, I ask the front desk, "If I come in on Monday, will he at least have the results of the one test that was completed in office." She states yes. What made this situation even more worse is that while I was waiting to see him I hear him in the hall say, "Well I never looked over her test." I am upset that I waited that long, that he never looked over the results, that he spent little to no time with me and that she stated that he would look over it prior to my appt. I asked for a copy of the report while I was in office and Dr Malholtra said no, that I needed to wait. No reasoning as to why I could not get a copy of the report. To make matters worse, I call 2 weeks later as I have not heard anything for the second test, they tell me I need to come in to get the results and pay another copay. I say "well if nothing is wrong, I do not want to waste my time and another copay, I am assuming that if something was, he would and should have called me sooner." She states "Yeah, it's just a routine test." Needless to say, I do not recommend anyone to come here and Dr Malholtra and his staff should be ashamed of the poor quality care the have given me.

Very Disappointing Experience…read more I paid $850 for a "lifetime" spider vein treatment and did not receive the service promised. At my first visit, only one leg was treated. When I returned the next day for my second leg, I was told the laser machine was broken and they had no timeline for when it would be fixed. The only other treatment they could offer was sclerotherapy, or waiting indefinitely. I agreed to proceed with sclerotherapy even though I did not want it, as I had done it before without results. Since I had already paid so much, I felt I had no real choice and hoped to at least see some improvement rather than leave with one leg treated and the other not. During that visit, the provider was unable to answer my questions about the veins or provide knowledgeable explanations regarding overall vein health. She repeatedly had to leave the room to ask someone else, who was not available to fully answer my concerns. This raised serious doubts about her level of experience and made me uncomfortable proceeding. Three months later, I had a scheduled follow up appointment for touch ups. The day before my appointment, I was feeling significantly unwell and did not feel it was appropriate to put my body through a medical procedure, so I called to reschedule. I was told the next available appointment would not be until July, even though it was April, with no effort to accommodate or assist. Shortly after, I was informed that I was being terminated as a patient. Despite not receiving the full service I paid for, no refund was issued, and I had to file a dispute with my bank. The advertising suggests access to experienced medical professionals and multiple locations. In reality, I was not treated by a doctor, and it appeared that they rely on a single laser machine to serve the entire state, which in my case was not even operational. Overall, this experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and I would not recommend this provider. I regret choosing this clinic, as the experience gave the impression that patient care was not a priority and that service was handled primarily on their own terms after payment was collected.

I arrived on time and only waited 2 minutes to be called back for my tests. Christina did my first tests, and Savanah performed my Carotid artery Ultrasound. My opinion of Dr. Joshua Holland is the exact opposite of the care I received from him while I was his patient. I was a patient for many years. I recently had an awakening and realized his care was substantially sub-standard now that I am a patient of a competent and compassionate provider who cares about their patients enough to spend more than five minutes in an office visit. Someone who listens to what I have to say, and spends enough time to gather all of the information. My honest opinion of Dr. Holland is that it was a huge inconvenience and waste of his time seeing me as his patient. It usually seemed to me that he was already on his way out of the exam room after five minutes. The symptoms of the final reason for which I sought help from him that was not addressed, nor explored for further informaion.I can say more about his lack of concern for me as his patient, but to be more succinct,I cannot in good conscience recommend him as a physician to anyone. I am thankful that I did find a very comprehensive treatment philosophy from my new physician. And yes, my significant current health issues is one of the reasons I sought help, from Dr. Holland. It's my opinion, to which I am entitled, after having been one of his patients and a consumer, for many years, that his services as a licensed physician, were not satisfactory and did not meet a level of compassion I expect in a physician.
