Eric, the PA, took his time to educate me about the circulatory system, why veins need to be treated, and the repercussions of not treating them long term. The ultrasound tech was a pleasure to talk to, and the ma was very friendly as well. Speaking to them made me realize how much info was missing from the previous practice I went to. This should be the standard for all medical practices. I live in buckeye and made the drive out here, and it was worth it. Excited to continue my treatments here Initial call over the phone went well so far. The instructions that the scheduler gave me for what to do before the initial consultation was more thorough than the other vascular surgeon's place I went to in peoria. Best Botox experience I've ever had. The PA Nicole and her medical assistant, Abbie; were amazing. The injections were so gentle, and Abbie was icing my face prior and immediately after each poke. I found Advanced Vein Center after 3 different doctors (PC, Neuro, Cardio) all told me my leg cramping at night was normal and needed to just deal with it. On my first visit, I met with Karah and she looked at my legs, performed 2 ultrasounds and 1 pressure test. AGAIN, 1st visit! She was not going to let my issue go unresolved or at least she could be sure that I did not have an issue. After 3 days of waiting, I called and she told me I had venous reflux in my right calf and that was most likely causing my cramping. I was so relieved to find out that I did have an issue and I wasn't imagining my cramping and pain. After another week, my procedure was scheduled and I met Dr. Osorio. He performed an ablation on a vein identified as being bad and I was on my way. I have had 2 visits since to close off secondary veins and have been treated with dignity, respect and genuine care. Let's talk about a subject that not many want to talk about. Hemorrhoids. I have had them for years. I have kept them at bay most of the time. Every so often I get a flair-up and need some kind of treatment for them. I live in Oregon in the summer and early fall. I live in Surprise from mid-fall until late spring. Recently I had a flair-up and need help. Luckily I found Advanced Vein Center. They go through an orientation before they can do any procedure. Had to wait 2 weeks before the Infrared Coagulation. Infrared coagulation (IRC) is a non-surgical treatment that shrinks smaller hemorrhoids by exposing the tissue to a burst of infrared light. It is safe but a little uncomfortable. Meaning they stick a rod up your butt for 8 minutes. After a week I felt much better. Depending on what insurance you have it will cover a good portion of the cost. The staff is very thoughtful and the doctor is friendly and keeps you informed and at ease throughout the procedure. Would recommend this center to anyone in need of Hemorrhoid treatment. read more

Do your due diligence. I thought I had and ended up using this facility for some very long treatments. Treatments were finished, they did a rescan, received several more authorizations from my insurance and wanted to schedule more. It felt very $$ hungry. This did not settle well with me, I sought a second opinion, sure enough I did not need additional treatments. The practitioners are all very nice, but this simply does not fix the fact that they were recommending treatments that are not needed. read more

OFFICE STAFF: From the moment I called their office, the staff is humble, personable, kind, gentle, and professional. Most doctors offices that I have gone to, the front desk, office staff, and customer service are not usually that great. At Advanced Vein Center, they really cherry pick the best and the brightest and the most caring. DOCTOR: From the moment he entered the room, he was on top of his game. He took the right amount of time to hear my issues, concerns, and made sure he understood me (the patient). He asked open-ended questions to make me think. After the exam, he took his time to help me understand what was going on with my body. DOCTOR FOLLOWED UP: Guess what? The Doctor, actually called me an hour after I had left to let me know he forgot to mention a few helpful tips. Normally, Doctors pawn it off on their staff (which is normal and nothing wrong with that). But this doctor took time out of his day to give me some more advice, tips, hints, etc. BILLING: They really strive to get the insurance company on the same page. Insurance companies can be a headache but their team fights for you. I was treated back in 2020. I have gone back and forth on writing a bad review because I hate doing that but I think people should know my experience. I went in for spider veins, we did 8 treatments on each leg and they were really painful and I had to wear a compression sock for a week each time a leg was treated. I asked once what was in the shot and they just said medicine, I wish I asked for details. Long story short my veins are so much worse. I told them in 2021 and they had me come back for one complementary treatment and the whole time they just kept telling me it can take a year for the procedures to take and my legs to look nice. So I waited, and waited, and can officially say a few years later and $3000 later, whatever was in those shots made my veins worse. I went to then because I wanted to go to a specialist who could give me answers and treatment - these guys are not specialists. Not worth it! read more

Thanks to a long line of varicose veins running in my family, I had a treatment plan of over 20 visits and procedures in 2018 (Dr Osorio did my lasers and Eric did all of my injections and plebectomies). Please do yourself a favor and go here for your treatment! I had several valves that weren't working properly, but due to health issues and pressure from powerlifting they got worse. Not only that, but tons of spider veins also formed. For years I've complained to Dr.'s about my leg pain and they said there was nothing that could be done. The office did a standing ultrasound and found the issue, as well as a few others. Based on that I was able to get the work done to help seal the veins that weren't functioning properly. WOW! What a difference! After 8 years of pain - I now have none! My legs don't feel heavy and and they don't swell. In addition, the spider veins that were off of these main veins are diminishing. Last year I was in tears over my legs, this year I can wear shorts and skirts again! When you get them done you need to be patient. Mine look 85-90% better, but they are still healing. I can tell because whatever was once visible keeps getting lighter and lighter! The staff is AMAZING!!! Shelley did most of my treatment, and I can't say enough good things about her. We had so many phone calls and talks, sometimes emotional, but she was patient and caring throughout the entire process. She explained every thing in detail, sometimes multiple times, to ensure I felt comfortable. Kara is also great and did some of my veins, but Shelley did the majority. You honestly can't go wrong having either of these women help you. Jessica and the women in the reception area are so helpful and attentive. They have been such a pleasure to work with as well! I just wanted to sincerely thank Karah for all the years she has been treating my veins at Advanced Vein Center. She is the epitome of what a patient looks for in a medical provider - experienced, professional, patient, kind, careful, communicative, and an advocate for her patients. I have done almost every procedure possible for my legs to help them feel better. However, even though my veins were treated successfully, I have pain due to my lipedema. I didn't even know I had lipedema until Karah diagnosed me with it. I have been asking other doctors over the years why my legs were always in pain and very disproportionate to my upper body. They never had a reason and just thought I needed to get my veins treated. I am now educating my other doctors about lipedema, thanks to Karah! During my last visit with Karah, she found out I was still using a very old, archaic pump for my legs from years ago, she immediately put in a request for a much better pump from Tactile Medical (Flexitouch Plus). She felt this would help improve the pain I am experiencing on a daily basis. The medical rep, Mallory, came to my house to measure me for the pump and also tested the pump on just one of my legs. I couldn't get over the difference between the leg that had the pump vs. the one that didn't. The leg that was treated finally felt "normal" and "lighter" vs. the other leg felt very "heavy, tingling, and painful." Mallory submitted the paperwork after our visit. I found out weeks later my insurance company denied the request saying it was not medically necessary, even though it desperately was for me. I was completely devastated and contacted Mallory about it. She immediately contacted Karah to see if a peer-to-peer meeting could be scheduled to review my case. Within one week, Karah met with the appropriate insurance rep and was able to petition on my behalf how medically necessary this pump was to help with my lipedema pain. My insurance company reversed their decision and approved the request. I just received my pump the other day! I am so extremely grateful for Karah's care and concern for me. I am thankful that she took the time out of her busy day to advocate for my health and helped to secure this medically necessary pump for me in such a timely manner. Thank you, Karah! After going through an ultrasound and some other tests, it was clear that my veins were not working the way they were designed to work. Dr. Osorio and his amazing staff fixed all of that. I have had vein issues for over 20 years & have seen several vein specialists. I had been diagnosed with two large blood clots in my right leg. It was confronting. I have chosen my experience at Advanced Vein Center to be my 500th review. I have now been to this office over 16 times. So I feel I can give a very good review on my experience. I know several people that have come here and had Vein work done. So I felt it was a good choice from the beginning. The Doctor here is well known in his field and wonderful at what he does. Very good marks all around. I had a horrible surgery experience with a Doctor in Scottsdale(Deborah Wilson). So now I am very careful about who I go to for any body work. Doctor Kenneth Osario is wonderful and very complete in all the cases seen here. I had 2 other friends that were getting treatment at the same time that I was. I was here for varicose veins. I have always had bad veins and the older I got the worse they became. Not only unsightly, but, also very painful. Working all day in high heels does not help. This happens to men as well, because one of my friends that was going to the Vein Center is male and 10 years younger than me. It is a long time problem that many times is hereditary.. You are given a test to see if you have them,then and ultra sound so they can see deep in side your leg. Treatments vary, depending on your stage and condition of the veins. There are many different nurses and PA's that will give you your treatments after your major ones with the Dr. 2 of my favorites were Karah, and Eric. But, everyone here are so wonderful. Honestly the entire staff. Any time you come in or call they really want to help you as quickly as possible and fully answer all your questions and concerns. It was a long Process ,it took months, because your body can only take so much at a time. But, every time was as nice as it could be. I won't lie, it hurts. It is painful. But, I know it could be a lot worse. They really try to make it as pain free as possible. Plus help you to get the proper stockings and how to use them. I was originally with Dr. Osorio years ago but then my insurance no longer had him on my plan so I was forced to find other doctors and it was not a good experience. Friends recommended this office to me. It was very easy to find and the staff is awesome. The process was explained and treatments were done to varicose veins in my legs over several weeks. I strongly recommend Advanced Vein Center to anyone with vein issues. I had a history of leg and vein problems: swelling, heaviness, etc. I sought Dr. Osorio because I heard he was the best. It was the best decision I have ever made! I had a total of 15 visits from consultation and ultrasound through the completion of my treatment plan. I could not be happier with both the experience and the results. First, they diagnosed my venous insufficiency with the ultrasound. Then, they obtained insurance approval for my treatment. They also diagnosed lymphedema and referred me to a specialist for therapy. I was immediately impressed with the competence and efficiency of the entire staff. In addition, I have never been to an office where 100% of the people are 100% competent, caring, professional and respectful 100% of the time. I'm not exaggerating. That's Dr. Osorio's team: 100% consistently wonderful over several months and 15 visits, no matter which staff member I saw. Besides Dr. Osorio, I saw Karah and Elsa the most (love them), but I also saw Shelly, Betty, Eric, and Jackie. I can't remember all the technicians' names, nor the administrative and front desk folks, but every single one made me feel as if I were the most important patient they had. My Advanced Vein Center experience was exceptional. I'd been suffering with hemorrhoids which were not improving with over the counter preparations. I was looking for a non-invasive and permanent solution to my problem. A hemorrhoid is a thrombosed vein, so finding a vein center was part of my quest. There are two infrared treatments available depending upon the severity and location of your hemorrhoids. I saw Karli the PA-C. She provided an exam, answers to my questions and a treatment that day. I began feeling better the very next day. For my condition, a hemorrhoid was treated every other week until all 6 were treated. Karli began with the largest hemorrhoid first. The treatments were gentle and just a slight pinch. I've done well, and haven't required additional treatments, but will go back for my yearly exam to check up on my continued progress. Don't hesitate to make an appointment if you are suffering from hemorrhoids. You have nothing to lose. Conventional surgery and rubber band treatments are invasive and painful. You will be pleased with the compassion and gentle treatments you receive at Advanced Vein Center. read more

The are very corvid minded in this day and age so you need to call them so they can allow you into the center with a temperature check and Q/A on any current symptoms. Dr. Osorio and his staff make having varicose veins removed as simple and painless as possible. All of the office staff are very pleasant to deal with. Yes there is some discomfort and bruising with each visit, but the final results are wonderful. The bruising is totally gone in about 2 weeks and the treatment is extremely effective. Besides myself, my spouse and daughter are patients here. You do wear compression hose daily for 7 days after each treatment and 36 hours - day, night, day - the day of treatment. They are thigh high and open-toed, matched in color to your skin and measured to properly fit your body size. We all wear sandals with them with minimal issues. After a year, the staff call and set up your annual check up. I had about 13 appointments during the first treatment period and 10 a year later. read more
