Our decision to select SBPFR was based on numerous criteria, and they were judged to be the best option. We were right and delighted with this selection! Demolition work began on time, including draining the pool, covering our gazebo to minimize dust and removal of all the old tile. Leading up to the beginning and during the entire project, Miguel kept us up to date with the progress--excellent and timely communications all along the way. The entire project from draining the pool, to all the fiberglass and tile refinishing work took exactly one week plus one day, from start to a full pool. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. After seeing how knowledgeable and reliable Jesus was, we decided to switch to him for our regular pool maintenance -- and it's made a huge difference! Our saltwater pool is now completely algae-free and looks better than it ever has.
