My car also has been getting terrible gas mileage since the oil change. It usually gets 38 average now it says 32 or 31. Will post pic Made contact with Dave Harris at 0856 He said he would contact owner (11/13/2022)I had my oil changed 4 days ago and Friday I had my car in to get a drain and fill. I remember asking the lady who brought me in to make sure i got the right oil this time. The last time i was there they did my service by license plate instead of even looking at the vehicle and i got the wrong oil. They were about to let me leave and the girl stopped me and told me what happened. I have all that documentation. My car is missing the inspection shield and the drain bolt came out at some point on my way back from work in Bend last night. I need you to call me. I spoke with Dave Harris this morning and he said he would tell the owner to get ahold of me and that was at 0856 this morning. My car is a 2021 and has 45000 mile on it.......and this place can't be bothered on a Sunday to help. I was able to get contact information for Mike McCutchen. He said he was on vacation until Tuesday and gave me Dave Wiess number and said he would text him to call me. I called Dave Wise and got his voice mail. I bet they would care if it was their car and their job. Do not ever go here. I am editing this review as time goes to illustrate how much they care when they make a mistake. Mikeccutchen  can't be bothered because he is on vacation. And I am certain Dave Wise know and he has made no effort to pick up the phone or call me back. It is now 1646 and nothing. Not a care from the manager on vacation or the co owner Dave Wise. I got in contact with Dave Wise after I called Mike McCutchen from many different numbers many different times. He kept hitting the ignore button. Dave said the threads and pan look great in the picture I sent. He said if I can get it towed he will look at it tonight. 1710. I've called 3 tow companies and they all go to Jay's voice-mail. Dave said I could rent a car and they would comp me if he determined this was their fault....... 18:21 11/13 Dave Wise came out to car. Jacked it up and put new drain plug in the car. Dave brought 4 ot 5 drain plugs. Dave came out from under the car and said "I grabbed one Size over stock I'll be right back" he left and when he came back installed the drain plug. The Car took 4 quarts and verified full on dipstick. (The car takes 3.5 to 4 quarts) he said it still probably had 2 quarts in it.......... Dave said in about 300-500 miles Bring the car back in and will send off oil samples. The cars milage is 46307 and service will occur at 46807. Dave shook my hand and said "just like my dad used to say, if you make, don't be afraid to admit it and try to fix it" . When asked about why or how the drain plug came out he said it was possible it was not tightened in or sabotage. Dave said he was the one that performed the service on friday. But i rember him asking if whoever was in the bay if they got the skid plat off yet..when asked about the change in gas mileage, Dave said winter additivescan change fuel mileage. But ive never had this bad gas mileage and i bought it in December and have went through 2 winters with it .Will update accordingly

I decided to look up their website before hand and saw there are a variety of packages offered beyond your average car wash that you pay for the single wash and you're done. They had monthly memberships and more, I really recommend checking out their website for all the details, I was really pleasantly surprised. I went for a single use wash since it was my first time, I wanted to see what I thought of my experience first. You first pull up and there are 3 Lanes to choose from how you will pay for service. First lane was Cashier, 2nd Lane was for Members/Cards, the third lane I believe was for Members as well (my memory is escaping me on the exact usage for it) I went for the 2nd lane since I wanted to use my debit card. I made my selection on their touch screen of the Ultimate Wash. There was a bit of a hang up with the gate arm not lifting for me but an employee ran right out to me and manually opened the gate so I could pull around to my car wash. I pulled around and there were two gentlemen there who guided me onto the track and started scrubbing my car as it started to pull me through. I've never done this type of wash before and honestly I was a little nervous but it was easy once I figured out you just leave it in neutral and let it pull your car. They had signs up that said that and the worker kept letting me know it was ok, it just didn't feel natural for me to let it just go, but it was a great experience. I finished pulling through my wash and parked around the corner at one of their many parking spaces to vacuum a little bit of the interior of my car. Overall it was a great experience and everyone was so friendly. My reasoning for 4 out of 5 stars is that there were still some main areas of my car that were left uncleaned and they really stand out now with the spots that were cleaned. I was happy to drive home with a clear windshield though. I will be back to try again hopefully with a 5 star update! Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. On 1/4/2025, 2363 NW 4th St, Redmond, OR 97756 after using your…read morewash, immediately I noticed fresh paint chips on the hood of my 2024 Ford Ranger XL. I reported this to the office, and the site manager made a report, but I was met with misleading statements and observed inconsistent cleaning practices. I refused to provide insurance information, as I believe negligence in cleaning off rocks from other vehicles led to the damage. They only spray the left side of the vehicle which is an utter waste of time, and which means off roaders bring rocks into the wash to destroy someone else's property. My truck is always garaged and barely driven and did not have these chips prior to the wash. This isn't the first time I've experienced damage at your washes and based on repeated denial of responsibility and poor handling of such incidents; I'm canceling my membership effective immediately. Your business model seems to focus on denying claims, avoiding accountability, and shifting blame onto customers. Additionally, asking a customer for their insurance to defraud clients due to inconsistent cleaning practices, is unethical or should I say just plain slimy. You've lost another customer. Businesses such as yours should be run out of town on a rail! From AI Yes -- Surf Thru Express has a history of damage complaints, and their pattern is: * Deny responsibility * Claim "pre‑existing damage" * Delay communication * Push the burden onto the customer * Sometimes ask for insurance info to avoid paying
