The chrome strips over the front windows on both sides of my vehicle were caught by the brushes and bent upward and outward. The estimate to replace them is nearly $1000 and they are offering to pay $250. That pays for one strip, and a tad of labor. The manager agreed that they did not look like that when I entered or "they would have noted that". They are not interested in making my car whole again. It's really hard to see anything bad about a car wash business. I strictly just pay the person get my car and leave. Never had a bad experience. And same thing with this business. I pay the $12 for the premium car wash I got my car wash and it was absolutely amazing and I left I will be back here again. The one thing I wish this company would do is put "blue tape" in the back of the wipers so they don't get damaged. Or I wish this place would ask the customers if they need blue tape to be placed on their cars. I have a range rover and on the driver side you need the blue tape so the keyless cord won't get knocked off. This car wash is absolutely amazing It is the same price as most car washes but they do a thorough brush scrub of your car before you even enter the automatic wash! My car came out super clean and shiny. The vacuums are a bargain at six minutes for only $1. Vacuum were very strong. The entire property was spotless. Came through town as a tourist today and needed a good wash with all the bugs on the car. Saw this as one of the only drive thru washes around. $10 for basic wash or $12 for premium. We did premium and the guys working did a great job scrubbing the car. We drove away with a clean car and no evidence of bugs on the first and only time through. read more

Having used this wash for years, I expect a less than stellar car wash for $10. HOWEVER, I took in a dirty truck, the traffic at the wash was a total of 3 cars, and I paid them an extra $10 tip to please scrub the truck clean. It was the WORST wash I have gotten in 10 years! Other than the wash on 27th street that wadded up the license plate on the front of my car, I cant remember a worse experience. I have two streaks running down both sides of the truck, neither mirror came clean, and the rear is almost untouched. I will go back because I know the owner, but these guys will be washing it 2 or 3 times in the future with NO TIP if it comes out looking like this again. Really disappointed!!!!!!!!!! read more

I got a membership on 7/9/2022 for Sud-N-Shine Car Wash. I paid $75 for the three months and on my pamphlet it said "free vacuuming" well the last two times I've paid (no biggie) today I ASKED if I had to let them know to turn it on or not because it requires you to pay for the vacuum and the membership I paid for had free vacuuming included. The guy said "we're working on making them free" okay cool. Another guy walks out and I asked when do they plan on having it free so I was aware. He was absolutely the RUDEST human I've ever encountered. So snappy rude dismissive and disrespectful. He goes "I'll give you your $75 back" I didn't even WANT the money back. I was simply asking if I needed to let them know to turn it on or not or when it'll be free as the other guy said. Well this guy comes back to my car with $75 and a razor blade. He then SCRAPS off my membership sticker and IT TOOK OFF MY BRAND NEW TINT ON MY CAR!!!!!!! I'm allllllll about customer service, and if someone came into my store and I had something advertised I'd make it right! I wouldn't be so dismissive and tell them "here's your money back" even after stating many times I DIDNT WANT my money back. I hope this helps the next person. Located right across from Fred Meyer. Great place to wash off winter grime and "Central Oregon Cinders" we use this place almost weekly November thru April. During the warmer months we wash our cars by hand out in front of our house. This place has a good blend of some hired labor (pre-scrubbing) to moving (driving) through a car-wash, to towel drying (if you so choose) by hand yourself to get all the nooks and crannies. Decent prices...or I should say...comparable to other car wash facilities. It's convenient for us (location). Has never done damage (I have a lifted Toyota Tundra with black paint). And it's always hopping whenever there is a break in the weather and the crowds want to get their cars washed. So obviously I am not the ONLY one who thinks this place is good. Just dropped off a request for a donation to the Central Oregon Police Chaplaincy.....if they choose to participate and support our cause....then they'll get a solid five star rating from me! Okay, so I'm biased. I believe businesses should GIVE back to the community they serve. If they pass this test.....definite five stars. It's an $8 automatic car wash and that seems like at least $1 too much. BUT the young men that are at the entrance do scrub your tires and Windows with long brushes. They have music blaring and actually seem to be having a decent time so that makes me smile:) Last time I went I tipped a $1 and I swear I got a little more scrubbing! The workers look like they working hard but having fun. The car wash is fine. Not fantastic but not bad either. They do have packages with a little bit of a discount. Staff is friendly and great and seem to have a good attitude. They do a really good job pre washing with brushes. Once you get in the car wash you see why. It looks used up and worn out inside. Spinning brushes only come up to the door of my truck which is a stock, mid sized truck. It's like the original tall rollers you usually see were replaced with short ones. Only half the car would be clean without the brush at the beginning. Recycled water must not be cleaned regularly. I had tons of spots once dry which isn't a problem I've had at the other car wash places in town. Not worth the $8 I paid. Only reason I gave any stars was the nice staff. read more

The car wash turned off just as we entered, the track pulled us thru and we had nothing but soap all over the car on exit. I went back around and told the attendant, and got nothing but attitude! Worst service ever. I pull up, the guy waves me into the car wash, he comes up to my window, I roll down the window, I am expecting some type of greeting. Nope. Nothing. The kid just stares at me. I figure, ok, I guess I'll be the one to speak first, AS THE CUSTOMER! I say I'll have the regular wash. He says, "What?" Not "I'm sorry I didn't catch that" or even "What was that?" but rather, "What?" Unbelievable. As a customer who's been there before I know that there are 3 different washes to choose from, usually I'm asked what kind of wash I would like, but not today, I get the silent treatment. I hand him my credit card and he takes it and walks away. Doesn't say I'll be right back or anything, just walks away. I thought he took too long running my card, I'm not accusing him of stealing my card number, but after the interaction (or lack there of) so far, it did enter my mind. Then he comes back and just hands me my card and receipt and begins to wash my car. Not even a thank you, or here's your receipt thanks for your business. then as they are pre-washing they usually ask me if my mirrors are power or not, I say yes and they tell me to put them in. This time around the kid just taps on my driver side mirror and says nothing, like I'm supposed to read his mind. I get it, your not thrilled about this job, but you have 3 lines to say to every customer that comes through. 1. "Hi, how are you, what kind of wash would you like? 2. When handed the form of payment, "I'll be right back with your receipt." 3. Are these power mirrors? THAT'S IT! As an introvert myself, I can understand not wanting to talk to people, especially if you are having a bad day, but holy hell, it's not that much interaction, and I would find it hard to believe that he wasn't trained to say those things. If he doesn't want to talk, don't have him greeting customers. I don't get it. I didn't get his name but he was the only skinny punk wearing skinny jeans so that will give you an indication. This is an old Hanna Car Wash with old cloth wipes that don't work well at all. The guys at the entrance basically have to wash the entire car with brushes just so it will come clean. Some of the mechanics of the wash are broken. The air dryer at the end is worthless. Dirty water ran down the back as we pulled out. You would be better off using the DIY place next door. read more
