My experience was extremely frustrating because when I asked direct questions about how to best use the massage sessions I had accrued, I did not receive clear or consistent answers. I was repeatedly told that my sessions could be used "at any time," but the way the policies were ultimately applied resulted in me losing sessions I had already paid for. From my perspective, the communication around membership benefits and expiration policies was misleading and lacked transparency. I felt like I lost money because I wasn't given the information I needed to make informed decisions about using my prepaid sessions. Customer service should be clear, honest, and proactive, especially when people's prepaid services are at stake. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would not recommend purchasing a subscription unless you are completely comfortable with all of the terms and have them confirmed in writing. Do not accept front desk clerks explanations.

When my sister in law went back to her doctor (who recommended the surgery) and told him about Dr Art, he was amazed.
