This is after assuring me that they were in network and wouldn't bill the patient any more than $300 per date of service. They've already billed me $1200 and my insurance 125k. This is for minimally invasive, outpatient spinal injections. Mind you I had to leave them and go to another doctor and start from scratch. The staff was rude, and hang up twice when I asked for the name of a rude staff member. I also ended up partially immobile after the second procedure. Terrible!

The entire office staff is friendly and they treat you like a real human - not the factory style "parts-is-parts...get-em-in-get-em-out" type medical care. When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do. If you like the convenience of self scheduling with a tech-forward practice, or you're tired of feeling like a number on an assembly line, or tired of dealing with a doctor who doesn't listen and only spends 5 minutes with you, then absolutely check out this place for care. It's a great mix of tech convenience with old-school values of caring & actually taking time with you to provide care. Highly Recommended!

Anyway, the first five calls to customer service put us on hold for up to an hour before hanging up on its own. We got through the sixth time, and they were unable to fix the problems on the spot: (a) being charged $280 for a five minute office visit after being given a $60 quote and (b) the bill is in my name though it was my wife's visit and billing (we have separate insurance). Instead, there will be a 30 day investigation. Ok... After the investigation, they concluded my wife is responsible for charges because she signed a form saying that she would be responsible for all charges. Problem is, she was quoted $60 for the service and didn't expect more charges considering there was no additional service. Conveniently quoted by someone who no longer works there. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING until you get a quote in writing. And think twice before using such a crummy organization. To reiterate: $280 for a one-minute look at a bug bite and lotion recommendation. Care Now? Care Not.
